We had a lovely stay for a family function if I wasn’t already planning to move back to Liverpool would definitely stay here again, but will be recommending to family and friends when they are looking for somewhere to stay.

• John (9/5): - Lovely house perfect for families. Nothing major little things... No chopping board for if to want to prepare food. No cleaning products ( i like to clean and leave places as I find them )
• Paul (6/5): Pleasant but needs attention - The living room and dining room were lovely, the beds were comfy and the location was absolutely fabulous. This was a property that was pleasant to stay at but could so easily be a lot better There were some basic maintenance issues that need taking care of, such as a hole in a wall and a couple of kitchen panels not fixed in properly. The back of the garden has had a lot of waste dumped there There is a gate that is shared and has access from the neighbours side this was open on our first morning which was worrying as it allows access to a property that we had booked and expected security, the garden furniture is not in good condition and the only way we could close the gate was to put a barrier up there. We almost immediately decided we would not be able to cook at the property due to some unclean areas in the kitchen. I hate to give a bad review but hope it highlights the areas of what really can be a great place.
• peace (8/5): Thank you for welcoming us. Family and friends, we all enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend. - Location was great easy to navigate. The cleanliness could have slightly been improved, such as the bedding and pillow cases could have been changed prior to arrival. I spotted some stains.
• Peter (10/5): Excellent property & location - Spacious, warm, well stocked with everything making it almost a home from home stay. Really appreciated the baby cot being set and ready for use on arrival. Didnt like Leaving!.. Could've happily stayed longer. 😀
