Guest Reviews
- Paul (8/5): Perfect location for exploring - Amazing location for the Blue Mountains…
Milk and beer in the fridge and room to spread out.. nice garden area Looked a bit tired from the outside and the path/steps might be a challenge for some with heavy bags.
The shower had to be used sitting in the bath whilst trying not to get too much water on the floor.
- Jane (8/5): Snug, quiet and easy! Loved it! - Convenient stop over, very clean, nice and cosy, totally quiet and peaceful location, extremely comfortable. Just little things like curl in rug a bit of a trip hazard, blinds/curtains a bit wonky, but not important.
- Vanessa (9/5): Had a lovely stay at Kalinda and enjoyed the privacy at the stay. - Loved the huge bath and comfortable bed. Also the treats were appreciated. Nothing to not like.
- Jono (9/5): A great private place to stay. Sasha was very helpful! - I liked the bath and the private room! The ease of access was nice.
- Hailz (9/5): Overnight stay - Beautiful location. Cosy!
Simple facilities- fridge. Toaster. Kettle.
Bath tub is epic. The shower is a hose over the bath. Comfy bed!
Reception is hit and miss. But has wifi.
Easy communications with the host too
Will definitely stay here again :)
- Louella (10/5): Exceptional -

- Giulia (8/5): Very good -
- Michelle (6/5): Damp stay in the blue mountains - The location was in the Blue mountain region. The property was clean and the bed comfortable. The kitchenette was just a microwave, kettle, fridge with no hob to cook on and no sink to wash up in. It was damp within the property and smelt damp too even in the bedroom unsure if this was down to the weather as there was quite a downpour while we were there.
- Olle (1/5): Half hour and try hard to contact the owner but no reception an on top her voice massege was full - I did not stay at all because no mobile reception at all I did not see the owner just hardly call her as no reception and no WIFI
- Pam (10/5): It was everything that we were looking for. It was quiet, cozy, quaint and great use of the space all in a quiet neighbo - I like be the secluded location, the comfort of the space and the BATHTUB. There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. The internet caused issues with the television but that didn’t even phase our stay.
- William (8/5): Our trip to the Blue Mountains was lovely. Bullaburra is very handy to walking sites. - The location was good. Very quiet and compact. The frig was to small to store the few things we had to keep cool. Also being an older person it was very difficult to get in and out of the bath tub. Would have preferred a shower type cubicle. Or maybe some hand rails.
- Jitka (8/5): Clean, cosy and comfortable. - Very clean, very cosy and very comfortable. Very warm and cosy bed for a cold night. Great to have a heater on a cold night. Love the long and wide bathtub to soak in. Bonus to have a separate bedroom away from the lounge room / dining / kitchenette. Well supplied with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, chai tea, milk and sugar. Cutlery and crockery supplied. We enjoyed the bush outlook / backyard. Very peaceful. Plenty of easy and free street parking. Quiet neighbourhood. Close driving distance to tourist attractions at Leura, Katoomba and Wentworth Falls. Would be good to have thick curtains in the bedroom, as we couldn’t sleep due to the outdoor lighting being on all night, visible through the blinds. Would be good to have a lamp in the lounge room so we can watch TV with the room dimmed.
- Lyn (10/5): Beautiful place and appreciate being able to stay there with only giving Sasha 3.5 hrs notice of our arrival. - Location was excellent and I liked how it had separate bedroom and lounge area. Well stocked with extra treats/snacks and variety for tea/coffee making. Bed very comfortable and warm. Loved the bush outlook and quiet surroundings. Beautiful bath but as I couldn’t sit in the bath, using the hand held shower wand made keeping the bathroom dry impossible and decided not to attempt to wash my hair.
- Nina (9/5): Perfect for a cosy weekend getaway - The suite was very clean, cosy and comfortable. The location was very peaceful and only a short drive away from Katoomba. The hosts provided every amenity that I needed for a short trip away. There was also great communication from the host throughout.
- Phil (7/5): Good -
- C.h (6/5): Pleasant - Quiet neighbourhood
The set-up of the accomodation meets the need of short term stays.
basic setup, milk and a few chocolates in the mini fridge. Great Selection of teas, hot chocolate, coffee, kettle and microwave. The Blue Mtns in winter is cold - be prepared to rug up.
Once you have turned the heating on, close the doors and it starts to warm up, it is comfortable.
- Elizabeth (9/5): Quiet bushland retreat in central location - It was quiet & cosy with lovely views onto private bushland. The property was very clean & comfortable and the decor was stylish
- Chaffey (10/5): Exceptional - It was private and comfortable.
- Kimberley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Geoff (8/5): Very good - Quiet cosy place with a very green, peaceful outlook. Well set up for a short stay and Sasha was very helpful when we needed a couple of things.
- Martin (8/5): Comfortable and recommended - Cosy, lovely big bath. Private, clean, quiet. Comfy bed
