no aircon in the bedrooms
- Peter (1/5): Very bad experience - Hot water system was not supporting our family usage.
An air-conditioning unit was installed on the back of the car space; my rear windscreen was crashed with the A/C bracket.
- Caleb (8/5): overall it was a good stay - the location was great, good privacy the price could have been slightly cheaper, the bathrooms could use a good renovation aswell.
- Tiago (4/5): Disappointing, cold and 90's feel - Location was convenient enough to the main Jindabyne shops etc. While it's cold, you would still have to drive at night for dinner unless you want to walk far in that cold night temperature. The apartment was cold, and even though the email said not to leave air-conditioning on, we did to make sure some heat was there after returning from the tiring snow fields.
Cold air comes in under the front door even with snake there.
Furthermore, the bathrooms had no heating at all, and the hot water system ran out after 2.5 people showered, leaving 1 of us to finish showering with freezing water and another dirty till the morning.
Although this was like an AirBNB, I booked through Booking.com, and they don't supply any tea or coffee supplies at all and expect you to put your rubbish out clearly to save money on their cleaners.
Property needs two new bathrooms and better heating to even be of any value for the price paid.
Note: car park provided is also tiny and very very steap, so really only 4wd can make it up the hill without scraping the road and if you're not good at parking in tight spaces, leave your car outside.
