• Elisabeth (8/5): Kleine, gemütliche Unterkunft, zentral gelegen, hat alles, was man braucht. - Die Lage ist perfekt fußläufig zum Meer und auch direkt ins Zentrum nach Brighton. Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend, informiert und unterstützt jederzeit, ist respektvoll, freundlich und achtet sehr auf gutes Zusammenleben in der kleinen Wohnung. Ich konnte Aziz alles fragen, die gemeinsamen Räumlichkeiten nutzen, mich in der Küche versorgen, gut absprechen,sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist klein und hellhörig. Das sollte man wissen und mit in seine Überlegungen einbeziehen. Wenn das okay ist, wird es eine tolle und sehr angenehme Zeit mit dem Gastgeber. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut stimmig.
• ROBERT (5/5): BEDSIT - Location only Parking not secure payed extra for parking which we thought was part of the price well over priced for what we got TV not working at all in the room not private bathroom and no towels until we asked him for them definitely would not recommend or stay there again

• GINA WILLIAMS (10/5): Had a brilliant stay - We had a wonderful stay in Brighton...Hove ....Aziz was a perfect gentleman who rented the rooms to us ...we were close to all amenities..eg shops pubs eating places and a quiet walk down to the beach ...we will deffo be staying again ...made a good friend in Aziz whilst being there ...x

• Stefan (1/5): Äckligt - Fanns absolut ingenting som var bra. Skitig och äckligt,bilderna på booking stämmer inte överens med verkligheten hur det var/är i lägenheten. Ägaren visste inte om att vi skulle checka in, frågade när jag var i kontakt med honom samma dag om vi skulle checka in idag ?? Slutade med att vi inte bodde där alls utan tog in på ett annat boende, ville ha tillbaka pengar från Ägaren men det gar man inte sett röken av. Hyr inte av denna person ni kommer bara att bli besvikna.

• Alan (3/5): Difficult to get a good night's sleep due to poor sound insulation. - First evening was fine. However, the walls within the property (60s built & subject to ongoing refurb judging by scafolding outside) are paper thin and I was kept awake by the host and another party through into the early hours of the morning. I had a long drive home the following morning did not care for the continuing disturbance. Best avoided if you want a restful night in my opinion.

• Ruben (10/5): We ll be back one day for sure... - Was a good experience for the money value, great location we walked and biked every day no need to use the car at all as everything was close, the host made us feel at home straight away the place was clean and tidy, we had also a great night sleep as the bed was comfy, i definetly advise to anyone. Nothing to repport
• Carol (4/5): The landlord is a very nice guy and very helpful regarding the location and where to go. - The location was good but we had to go out for breakfast, breakfast was not included. We stayed there but disappointed that the tv in our room had no signal so we couldn’t relax in there and watch it. Am sorry but things have to improve. Bed linen wasn’t that clean pillows were a bit dirty but apart from that was ok.
• O'rourke (9/5): Superb - Aziz is a very warm and hospitable host, the room, bathroom and rest of the flat were clean and welcoming. Handy for all amenities and nice walk into Brighton itself. Wasn't clear pre-booking that there would be an additional fee for parking, but worth that little bit extra to be able to park.
