• Enrica (1/5): Not as described – disappointing and unsuitable, especially for families - The host, for the little time we interacted, was quite friendly. My stay at this property was unfortunately very unpleasant. The listing is misleading and does not reflect the reality of the place. First and foremost, it is absolutely not suitable for children, contrary to what I had assumed based on the information provided when booking. The couch was broken, and there was only one pillow and one set of towels provided, even though the booking was clearly for two people. The host claimed that Booking.com hadn't informed her I had a child with me, though I’m certain this information was included. I later found another pillow inside a closet, but it had an unpleasant smell, and the only extra pillowcase I could find was hanging outside and had visible dark stains. I ended up using it out of necessity. One of the biggest issues was the bathroom – it’s outside the main living space, something that was not clearly stated on the listing. It’s also very tiny, and when showering, water floods the entire bathroom. Worse still, it’s elevated, and my child fell and hurt his knee when trying to access it at night. Another serious discomfort was the bedroom setup. The window had only tiny curtains that did not offer any privacy. With the summer heat and the need to sleep with minimal clothing, I couldn’t leave the windows open at night due to visibility from nearby buildings – I felt completely exposed. There was no air conditioning, just a small fan we had to carry from room to room, which was far from sufficient. The property is also quite far from the beach and extremely difficult to find, especially without a functioning phone. My battery died, and there were no taxis available on a Friday night. Even locals couldn’t point me in the right direction. The host told me that the previous guest had damaged the property – stained sheets, broke the couch, and stole the remote – which may explain some of the poor conditions. To her credit, she did quickly buy a new remote when she saw how upset my son (who has special needs) was.
• anna maria (6/5): bon séjour , des gens charmants , visite de la ville , du fort, les églises , belles plages - beaucoup de petits commerces et de restaurants dans les alentours , plage à 2km, pas loin du centre et de la gare petit tour à gênes en train , visite de l'aquarium , magnifique,. visite de cathédrale et promenade dans les rues étroites je ne suis pas absolument pour avoir une clim , mais là elle m'a manqué , il y a eu des température à plus de 30° et le petit ventilateur ne suffisait pas

• Maria (7/5): - Gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria la quale su richiesta ci ha acquistato subito un nuovo phon. Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno. Check-in puntuale, check-out comodo. Ascensore. Suggeriamo, non essendoci il condizionatore, di mettere delle tende oscuranti che permettano di mitigare il gran caldo di giorno e di poter tenere aperte le finestre di notte.
