• Josephine (7/5): Enjoyed our stay there. Great location at the start of main road into Cowes shopping strip - Location was great. A few maintenance issues. Just a bit of work needed doing.

• Dennis (7/5): Our stay was great and the property did provide the separation needed for family comfort. - The size of the property was as we wanted and the living spaces were comfortable, Location was good in terms of access to town. Heating was excellent and each group enjoyed the standard supplied. Large yard was great for children. WE needed to buy wine glasses as very few were supplied. Other kitchen needs were fine. Some platters and bowls were supplied with large chips, maybe a review of the cupboards and what is there would be great. Wondering why there is no closable front gate for small children considering the busy location

• Robyn (9/5): We had a thoroughly enjoyable 4 nights at Encanto, it suited our 8 adults and 7 children perfectly. - The location was fantastic, walking distance to all supermarkets. Not much further to walk to the beach and restaurants. Having an ensuite for most of the bedrooms and queen beds gave everyone their own space. Very suited to our 4 couples and 7 kids. Lovely backyard to enjoy and allow the kids to runaround. The table tennis in the garage was great on the wet day Parking was great, all cars could park in the yard. Washing machine and dryer was a bonus. The lounge room is big enough to accommodate another couch as there is definitely not enough seating for the house that can accommodate 16 people. The outside bbq is rusty and needed to be cleaned and oiled before using, which we did and in the end we didn't use because of the weather. The sensor &/or security light that leads to the separate bungalow attached to the garage did not work. The TV in the bungalow did not allow to connect to terrestial stations although you could connect to streaming stations. The terrestrial stations tuning showed as being weak or no stations.
• Madeline (9/5): A home away from home perfect for large groups - We were a group of 16 uni students and the home fit all of us perfectly! We're very grateful the owners accepted our booking. The location was convenient (a 5 minute walk away from restaurants and supermarkets). Lots of space to park our cars. Beds were very comfy and there were enough utensils/bowls for all of us. Dishwasher wasn't working while we were there (although the host company called us and let us know beforehand). We also had some issues with the hot water but it was manageable and expected since we were a large group.
• Kaylah (8/5): Very good - Love how there was so much space and privacy. Rooms were clean and large. Loved the 2 seperate rooms out the back. Good location. The driveway was a bit over grown and having a bigger car was hard to get in and out.
• Alison (10/5): An amazing stay - The house was very clean and had more then enough space for all of us. we really liked the bedrooms, the mattresses' very very comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. We loved the house and hope to stay there again in the furtue!
• Wanda (9/5): Great place for multi generations - Had everything we needed and easily accommodated our three generation family group of 9 adults. We were warm and comfortable and could spread out to other spaces. Not much to not like about the property. It's a lovely place. One thing to improve would be to install a light outside at BBQ. There's no light there and had to cook bbq dinners with torchlight.
• Janice (7/5): A good location with lots of room for families and different options for sharing the facilities. - Location and family areas of front house. Oven door didn’t seal properly. Dishwasher broke after one use. Dirty cooking tray, melted utensils, dirty platters in cupboard, not well cleaned or dusted. Outside deck not well presented and garden not well kept.
• Reichstein (9/5): Great stay, great place! - Location, facilities, floorplan. Bins were already half full when we got there. Would be good if they could be empty upon arrival. Working the oven was also a little tricky.
• Anonymous (10/5): absolutely perfect for a family reunion. - it housed 15 people perfectly whilst still providing lots of privacy and was centrally located which was very convenient. the bungalow bathroom needed a clean but otherwise the rest of the house was lovely and clean. the table tennis bats were all broken which was a shame but we still had fun.
• Paul (8/5): Celebration of Wedding Anniversaries - Loved the Location, Loved the House, Plenty of rooms for people to spread out. Lots of room to park 5 cars on property. As we were 5 couples there were only 5 wine Glasses supplied, we needed to provide additional glasses our selves which was very disappointing. Also one of the bathrooms did not have a towel rail and another did not have a hand basin plug which made shaving a wasteful excercise with the water.
