Excellent location, can walk to supermarket, restaurants, botanic gardens etc. We really appreciated the compendium of information in the unit - very useful to have instructions & suggestions. • FU SHAN (9/5): Excellent staying experience. - Excellent location, minutes walk to the city centre. Clean environment and safe around the property as police station just opposite to the building. Water pressure of the bathroom shower was relatively low. Though sufficient for daily use and acceptable, but not expected in a modern apartment.

• Kurt (10/5): A great central, but quiet location, just minutes walk from the botanical garden and restaurants. - A very comfortable and modern apartment, in a good central location. Restaurants and shops nearby. The botanical garden and "punting on the Avon" are just a few minutes walk away. The main bus station, with frequent busses to/from the airport, is around the corner. The lockbox/key instructions on booking.com are inadequate and confusing. The entrance is not on Tuan Street, but in an alley ("Sugarloaf Lane"?!) around the corner. The lockbox "sparkles" don't help much. Look for the Sandleford box (on the left-most of two wooden posts, across the alley). I would have benefited from more complete instructions on the website, because I wasn't able to get wifi until I got into the room, and only then was able to see the recently sent email with more info and pictures of the entrance. Also, the combination washer/dryer was confusing. I had to look up Youtube videos to find out how to use the dryer.

Facilities provided were awesome It’s not about I didn’t like it’s about the information provided about parking. As there is no free parking available would have appreciated, if information about how to book and when it would be good time to book so that you have to spend not too much for parking would have helped. Figured it out after sometime and by then I had spent for 1st day.

The location was extremely handy to restaurants, supermarket and the botanic gardens where we spent a most enjoyable day. We had no car so had to walk everywhere but would have enjoyed the ziplining and other activities further out of town. A bit more glitter on the lock box please - needs refreshing, to stand out more amongst the others. Once we found it we were okay. Maybe a clock in the kitchen to add a bit of decoration?????

• Maree (9/5): Great apartment and would stay here again and highly recommend - Located extremely close to tourist venues and lots of eating venues Water pressure was not very good but this would not have been able to be controlled given the apartment is in a complex. More cupboard space in the bathroom would have been a benefit as well.

It's cosy, warm and central. Great location to the new stadium but a little bit further away from the centre than I expected. Not much but I wasn't comfortable to walk that far by myself late at night. Would have been okay with someone else.

• Baldwin (8/5): The apartment was close to the riverside markets and the CBD. Walking distance to the supermarket was very convenient. T - Great location and modern apartment / facilities. Not so much as didn’t like, but when we arrived there was only a quarter roll of toilet paper and nothing in the whole apartment. There was excess of all other amenities though like washing powder, shower amenities. We don’t bring or buy any beforehand as toilet paper was the one amenity that was mentioned in the description.

• Liz (10/5): Absolutely perfect place to stay, so thank you Amy! - The central location was excellent. The bus from the airport stopped at the main terminal a couple minutes walk from the property. As seniors, ease of walking to shops & restaurants & taking local buses to most city attractions eg gondola, zip lines & outer suburbs was fantastic. Instructions were simple to find the property, where the key was located & entry into the modern building with a lift. Coming in from the very cold to a warm & spacious place was most welcome. Thoroughly enjoyable 3 nights stay in this property & would come again. No complaints
