- Mandy (9/5): - Spacious, location, parking, general facilities

- Josje22 (9/5): Geweldig. T huisje is erg gewild.

- Tony (8/5): Fantastic place - Everything large 2 bedroom apartment all rooms very spacious and comfortable kitted out very well. Nothing
- Karen (8/5): Fab. We’ll be back - It was a real home from home. We had an issue with heating but soon sorted.
- Ruth (8/5): Relaxing - Cosy and quiet
- Peter (8/5): All good - All good for us
- Paul (9/5): - Almost everything. Fantastic place, brilliant location, nice and cosy, plenty of space. Fantastic base for walking Just one niggle the shelf in the oven doesnt stay in any position so it ends up on the bottom.
- Jamie-louise (10/5): Lovely and enjoyable. - Amazing location, clean and well maintained. There’s was nothing we disliked.
- Janice (8/5): Good location and facilities - Location and amenities

- Chad (10/5): Lovely stay the apartment had everything we needed in such a lovely village with a pub very close by with lovely food. - Perfect location for visiting parts of Yorkshire we haven’t been to. Also lovely and cozy just right for us and not a bad price for the 2 ngts Would have been handy for a back yard or garden to let our dogs out
- Natalie (8/5): - Perfect location, size and spotlessly clean.
- Simon (10/5): Lovely property in a stunning village. - Location is great, off street parking a bonus.
- Karen (8/5): -
- Tina (7/5): -
- Clare (9/5): - Warm, comfortable apartment, good size and felt like being at home.
- Beverley Townsend (10/5): - Best sleep bed's so comfy and it's so quiet. Nothing
- Stephen (10/5): - Everything, 😊
- Sandra (4/5): Very disappointing. - Warm. Good location. The property wasn't clean. There was mould around the front door. Bathroom was awful, dirty and mouldy. Shower drain was slow. There were small biscuits on the kitchen floor. The dinner plates were scored. The plug in hob was both a surprise and disappointing to find. The boiler in the living room was unexpected. Nothing is boxed in.
- Darren (10/5): Perfect location. Felt safe. Warm. And a perfect place to stay for what we needed. - Really easy location. Easy to find, perfect for grocerys.
Perfect for going into town and sight seeing places.
Comfortable and warm. It could do with a bit of modifications throughout. But for the price I would never grumble as its was perfect for the price.
But as a tradesman and if you want feedback….
The carpet runners between the bathroom and hallway need replacing as the screws are sticking up and could halm a bare foot child.
Also they are all bent up and look ugly.
The bathroom could look alot neater with a fresh coat of paint or replastering.
The beds could have better mattresses on. Im not that fussy but they seemed quite poor but i slept ok.
The kitchen. Would it be to hard to install a working electric hob rather than a plug two burner hob?
It did work well but is limited.
The extractor fan in the kitchen needs fixing or shown how to turn on. Got very smokey when cooking sausages and bacon this morning in there with no windows to open lol.
Wifi is not very strong!
It works. But dont expect much from it.
But all in all I loved my stay.
Just dont expect the ritz. You get what you pay for and we loved it.
It was perfect for what we needed. And we cant thank you enough.

- Hannah (9/5): Brilliant location and lovely cosy property. - Fantastic location opposite a park which was great with 2 dogs. Very spacious and had everything you need on hand. The property had recently had a new boiler system and there was some exposed plater that hadn’t been decorated. This meant it was quite dusty. Not the cleanest but fine for us with the dogs.
- Ian (5/5): Lovely location and flat, with some cleanliness issues after building work. - New central heating was great, though boiler noisy in living room, could do with being boxed into a cupboard and some instructions on how to control the heating. Drying rail, kitchen and bathroom facilities were great. Location and parking great. Met the neighbours who were lovely. The new mattress was very comfortable. Smart TV well located and easy to use, with all the apps we would want. Great being near a shop and places to eat. We only got told about the completion of building work a few days before. The result was poor cleanliness, for example, we had to hoover and clean all the cutlery, cutlery tray, mugs and glass wear. There was a general smell of musty/dampness, which we found we could greatly reduce by leaving the windows open and the heating on. One cupboard in the kitchen, next to the fridge, was very smelly. The carpets need cleaning. We accept that fault is likely with the builders for some, if not all the issues and hope that after a redecorate and good clean, it can be all sorted. We would need to see new photos to show it was sorted, before we would book again.
- Francis (8/5): Very good ground floor apartment close to all town amenities and local attractions. - Park with good facilities was just across the road. Apartment was ground floor, so access was easy. Main town centre was a 5 min walk. Petrol & convenience store next door, Good range of eating establishments. Town had a strong community vibe. Central to many interesting places and attractions. Apartment required airing - might have been unoccupied for a time.
- Sharon (9/5): Beautiful North Yorkshire - The village of Pateley Bridge was beautiful with lovely cafes , shops and walks to explore
The location was excellent for where we wanted to visit in North Yorkshire Early morning noises from the garage at the side of Parkside and the tight entrance to park in the allocated parking space, especially when two other cars share the space
- Michael (6/5): - Location Needs updating painted and clean mould
- Linda (10/5): - It was a lovely place to stay in a good location, spacious with all the comforts of home, much better than staying in a hotel. There was nothing we didn't like
- David (8/5): excellent value for money in a lovely part of our wonderful Yorkshire. Many thanks to host,Sophie. - Location is excellent with all the amenities you would need including a small but very well stocked supermarket 20 meters from the door. The lovely walk in large shower was really appreciated after long hot walks.
- anonymous (8/5): Great little place - Great location, comfortable and clean.
Beds comfortable. Shower great. Great place as a base to explore the local area. The owner was lovely. It was a little dated, but that didn't matter as it was clean.
- Joanne (10/5): -
- Giles (8/5): Family break in Yorkshire - Great location in Pateley Bridge, opposite a lovely park and just a very short walk to the only (small) supermarket in the town. Nice apartment, spacious, with a good kitchen and lounge. Great value during weekdays too. Apartment was a little musty, especially the main bedroom which had less ventilation and some mould behind the bed.
- Stephen (10/5): -
- Donna-marie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jo (8/5): Very good - Great location and plenty of space
- Ian (10/5): Exceptional - Well equipped, comfortable home from home. Excellent location. Can't think of anything.
- Steve (9/5): Superb -
- Angie (7/5): Parkside - Great location near the park. Had all the basic essentials for your stay. Good size and reasonably priced for the area . Strong smell of damp when entering the property. Fixtures and fittings could do with updating/ replacing, especially the cooker, mattresses, and pillows. Glass panelled bedroom doors make it difficult to sleep after sunrise, although the rest of the property is dark.
- Carole (10/5): Our second stay here, won’t be out last - Spacious clean & tidy in great location
- Yates (10/5): Parkside flat paitley bridge. - Cozy apartment surrounded by everything we enjoyed about paitley. Good value for money Quite friendly location . I would use parkside . Flat again in the near future. Weather was not on our side much unfortunately at this time, it could have been better.
- Sheryl (9/5): Great and would definately stay again - Got everything you need perfect location Could do with a little freshen up decorating wise but we appreciate it is difficult when it’s a holiday let apart from that nothing
- Kim (8/5): Very good -
- Marshall (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was just right, loved the break, just wished it was longer
- Karen (8/5): Fab. Would use again if available. - The location was great. Parking and accessibility was ideal for a family member using a walking frame. All the little things (milk, coffee etc) provided. There was nothing I didn’t like about the cottage.
- Paul (10/5): Excellent place will be back again - Location Nothing
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Hannah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emma (9/5): Great place for Pateley Bridge - The property is in a fantastic location in Pateley Bridge and was perfect for what we wanted - a weekend stay so we could do a long walk on the Saturday. There is not a huge amount in Pateley Bridge but enough for a long weekend. The property was clean and maintained and had everything we needed for the weekend.
- Nikki (7/5): Nice little apartment, would probably stay again - The property was in a good location and a nice layout inside. The free parking is always a bonus. Plenty of storage space and having a shoe and coat rack was good. Lights on the bathroom mirror were great as used this during the night when needing the toilet to avoid disturbing the others with the click of the pull string light and turning the fan on.
Plenty of plug sockets for our needs
All on one level Shower didn’t drain very well while in use. Thought it would overflow.
Cobwebs in front bedroom (I don’t like spiders)
Not a negative but trays would be good as only 2 chairs for table when having a meal.
Also nothing property owner can do but noisy floorboards above so one night the occupant was very noisy throughout the night walking about. If a light sleeper not ideal.
- Passmore (8/5): Beautiful location - Lovely flat in a lovely location
- Chris (10/5): Enjoyed our stay no real issues would definitely stay again - Perfect location close to all amenities
On-site parking
Warm and cosy Bathroom and kitchen needed a good clean
- Kevin (9/5): Superb - Perfect location for pateley bridge All good
- Caren (8/5): Lovely appartment in a great location. - Perfect location for day trips as well as food in the village, comfortable and had everything we needed
- Sally (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sharon (8/5): Very good -
- David (10/5): Parkside - Everything was great..
Perfect location, facilities and check in.
Will definitely stay here again. Nothing to dislike.
- Chloe (9/5): Superb -
- Kev (6/5): Ok for 1 night - The kitchen cold tap dripped all night and the beds 🛌 weren’t the best and the trays in the oven kept falling with any dish or weight on them so needs attention Location
- Simon (10/5): Lovely ground floor apartment, perfect location for all local amenities - 2 generous bedrooms, nice sitting/dining room, good shower, well equipped kitchen, perfect location, parking space Nothing
- Andrea (8/5): Very happy and would definitely recommend it - Property was very well equipped I was expecting to see a booklet or fact sheet about the property, including how the heating system worked. Also the WiFi wasn’t great, although that might have been weather related.
- Cannon (10/5): Very relaxing stay in my favorite village. - Plenty of space to spread out. Very comfortable living room. Very well equipped kitchen and some little touches by the owner like a pint of milk in the fridge were very welcome. The bed was a bit hard but that's down to personal preference really.
- Emma (8/5): Christmas at parkside - Sophie was fantastic at speedy communication. She left lovely little notes and things to help make our stay perfect. The location was perfect for walking and driving to more distant walks and days out. The town was very pretty filled with gentle Christmas lights. The bakery, butchers and gift shops were fantastic. The weather started off freezing and we found snow on the Moores, then become milder and we had an I've cream at brimham rocks.
Superb location, superb host, superb Christmas !
Thank you ! 😊
- Emma (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was wonderful.
Lots of little touches to make our stay perfect Nothing
- James (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ruby (9/5): Superb -
- Janice (10/5): Value for money great location and great apartment I will definetly be booking other stays - Very helpful hosts very quick response to queries. Lovely and warm property very cosy and spacious
- Beverley (10/5): Exceptional - Like home from home. Owner thought of everything. Property spacious and clean. Needed to stay longer.
- Neil (10/5): Worth every penny and more - For the price we paid we didn't have great expectations, but the property provided everything we needed and more. Comfortable beds, plenty of room to relax after a day out, even tea, coffee and milk to get us started. Local shop was literally two minutes walk for anything else. Sophie was very kind in offering any advice for what to do or where to go, but we already had our days mapped out. Pillows could be a little better. I joked to my wife that I could feel my fingerprints through them. Apart from that it was perfect and I still managed to sleep like a log.
- Jennifer (7/5): Good -
- John (10/5): Spacious ground floor appartment with excellent facilities - Location was perfect along with parking Nothing
- Alun (9/5): We had a lovely break in a cosy warm apartment. -
- Ash (9/5): Superb -
- John (9/5): The perfect stay. - Pretty much everything was/is excellent, cosy and comfortable. Lots of little tickets bidding one to help oneself, lots of extra facilities (hairdryer , etc) and an overall feeling of home from home. There was little that could be improved upon. If making a longer stay, then the lack of a full size hob would be helpful.
- Gavin (8/5): Very good - Excellent location. Great host and communication. Decent property.
- Anderson (8/5): Very good -
- Elizabeth (9/5): Lovely peaceful stay ! - The property was in a great location with everything near, & very easy to find . Lovely and peaceful. Everything we needed was there to use . Even milk in the fridge, which was a lovely touch.
The property is a little dated & could really do with a freshen up and some new mattresses BUT for the price paid it was a really lovely little apartment and definitely worth the money paid.
Close to local land marks and everything was sign posted. The host was really nice and friendly and answered questions very quickly.
Thank you so much for having us. Nothing!
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location. Nice big cosy apartment perfect for us.
Perfect for walks down the river Nidd. Shops are a short walk over the bridge. Right outside the park and pub was round the corner. Only a couple of little niggles the shower controls took a little figuring out. The oven shelves would only stay in certain positions. This didn't effect our stay
- Nikki (7/5): Good -
- Rachel (10/5): Little gem in the North Yorkshire countryside - Perfect location with easy access to landmarks and attractions. Shop 100 yards away. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Exceptionally well stocked, comfortable beds, nice shower. Lots of lovely touches. Milk in the fridge when we arrived and free tea and coffee. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again. Nothing.
- Eatwell (8/5): Very good -
- Ian (10/5): Exceptional - Very pleasant, well appointed property with lots of home touches. Can't think of anything.....
- Carole (10/5): Had a lovely 2 nights away - Very spacious and clean apartment in great location
- Paul (10/5): Excellent accommodation and location - Everything Nothing
- Sam (7/5): Great location. - Great location. Lovely village Really bad damp smell as soon as you enter property. It’s a lovely apartment but could be so much better, with a couple of extra touches. Needs a proper hob going in. Carpet in the lounge. Carpets have a few stains on them. No iron.
- Karen (9/5): Superb -
- Swapnil (9/5): Amazing Location - The location was pretty good. The host provided the details and was very quick with her response NA
- Karen (4/5): 2 day birthday stay. - The location was great opposite the lovely park. Very central. Nice clean bed linen, and the owner has put some modern touches to the flat. The flat smells damp a very dark interior with no natural light, not helped by the dark furniture. The beds felt old cheap and springy, with lumpy flat pillows and awful smell everywhere even the crockery had a musty smell. The flat was dirty in some areas for example the cutlery drawer was full of bits and sweet wrappers left in drawers and the fridge needed a good clean.
The flat felt dirty because of how it smelt.
To clarify this flat is very reasonably priced and Pateley Bridge is a lovely little place just I wish I had paid a bit more elsewhere, I suppose you get what you pay for.
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
- Anna (9/5): Superb -
- Karen (9/5): Was a great break for my husbands 70th - It was ground floor with a lovely shower and with A comfy bed and sofa Felt the front of the property could have had a few pots and a comfy chair and table to sit out in the sun
- Sanderson (8/5): Very good -
- Tracey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Simon (8/5): Very good -
- Eric (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ian (10/5): Weekend Break - Lounge and the beds were very comfortable. Loads of plates, cups and cutlery. The shower was fantastic. The property is in an excellent location and very close to the centre of Patley Bridge. We also loved how close it was to Wildings Riverside Cafe and we recommend everyone to go there for coffee, cakes and food. Lack of guidance to the property. We did not realise access was through the back of the garage
