- Ali (1/5): Pathetic experience - Location I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked a King room with a terrace online, but when I arrived, they showed me a different room, claiming the original room was already booked. Despite showing them the booking confirmation and pictures, I was initially told I'd have to switch room the next day. Although they eventually gave me the keys after showing them the online book but the room lacked hot water, and my complaints were not taken seriously. The next morning, my kids were hungry, but breakfast was delayed until 11:30 am due to the chef's availability. The staff again pressured me to switch room, which led me to decide to leave after just one day of saty bere. I'm sharing this review to help others make informed decisions.

- Faizan (1/5): Bad - The worst experience of my life was at this hotel. First of all, the room we were given was nothing like the pictures shown. Secondly, the rooms were extremely dirty — filthy bedsheets, filthy blankets, and insects like mosquitoes, cockroaches, and other bugs all over the room. There were no basic facilities — not even a single towel provided in the room. There was no basic toilet kit, no proper room service. Despite staying for two days, no one cleaned the room, and no one listened to any complaints. We paid the money, and that was it — we were just left there. Extremely dirty and disappointing.

- Kashif (1/5): Disappointing Stay - Not Worth the Money - Only staff was helpful. My recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. Despite the facilities listed on Booking.com, the reality was far from what was promised. The cleanliness of the room was poor, and there was no WiFi available, which was particularly frustrating. Given the lack of basic amenities, the stay was definitely not value for money. On the plus side, the staff were helpful and tried their best, but unfortunately, that wasn't enough to make up for the overall experience. I wouldn't recommend staying here—it's simply not worth the cost.

- Ali (9/5): It was a pleasant experience and worth the price! - The staff was very friendly as they provided even a better option on the same rate due to some people not checking out on time. The view is fantastic from the hotel as you are able to see the high mountains etc. Rooms are spacious enough! Location was little troublesome as the hotel is located little far from the main city. This has to be kept in mind while booking and the roads are narrow as well

- Kamran (9/5): A place so peaceful, I could listen to my innerself - I was looking for a get-away and I found exactly what I was looking for and that is - solitude. I needed a place so quiet that I could hear myself. The place was so peaceful and the neighbourhood was so calm and quiet, The staff was courteous, and the place was adequately furnished and clean. There is a terrace adjacent to the common -lounge that has great views. I stayed in "King Bedroom with Mountain view" and faced absolutely no issues. I got a special discount and complimentary breakfast included because of booking.com The reception was a turn-off as it was lousy and not well-kept. While the place was clean, it could be better; especially the bathrooms. The glass of the side tables in the room was found broken.
- Hassan (4/5): The hotel is dirty, poorly maintained, with bad service; seek better options. - This hotel can get brownie points for its location and that too if a tourist loves the calm and quiet surrounding overall building needs repair as it is deteriorated rooms were dirty, with stains on the floors, cigarette stubs, and a bad smell in the rooms We were made to change three rooms on different pretexts during our stay. 1). 1st Room ( booked via booking.com, was very dirty and smelly - it was not according to photo on the booking.com, 2). we negotiated and booked another room with a higher price. that room was without a water heater and its washroom drain was choked. after our repeated complaints they shifted us to another room. after spending in this room, they again asked us to move back to the previous room as they had booked that room for someone else. They charge slightly less than the market and that is because of their location which is far from Murrree Mall Road. the weather in Patriata is also slightly warmer than that of Murree. therefore price is not their USP There were two days when there was no water and they cited a problem with the valve as its cause. Result: we cut short our stay from 7 days to 5 days and left that hotel with unforgettable but deplorable memories. verdict: better to see other options around Main Murree or on the way to Galiyat as there is nothing you can do around this hotel after 7 pm. So if you are coming to enjoy every bit of your visit, go for other options. This hotel is surely overrated.

- Muhammad (1/5): Bad - Nothing was according to expectations. The room was too expensive and too far from main road or main market. The facilities were not accomplished. It is not worth it. Geaser was not working. Shower accessories were not given. Internet was not available. Cable was also not working. Totally boring and fed up. Room was too suffocate. I will not recommend to anyone. They will offer you a water bottle at first and they will charge a money for it. Not worth it. It is too expensive according to their facilities.

- Maqsood (10/5): A trip to Murre staying at SKYmount Hotel - It was a very nice trip. The facilities were good. The location of the hotel was great. The rooms are awesome. The staff is very humble and cooperative. The food is delicious, but the price is definitely on a very high side. In winters the heaters are available at an extra charge of 1500/-Rs. The road towards the hotel is very bad. Overall it was a cool and calm place. I will definitely recommend it to others. The roads to the hotel are bad, bumpy and broken. The price for the meal they charge is on the very high side.
