• Martin (6/5): - Los jardines del efificio Nos hospedamos dos parejas en dos apartamentos diferentes. Mi hija y su novio que residen en suiza y mi mujer y yo que residimos en argentina. Se trataba de un encuentro familiar. Lamentablemente los apartamentos no cumplieron con nuestras expectativas. Los colchones eran muy precarios y lo.mismo puede decirse de las almohadas. Efectuado el reclamo a Axel nos manifestó que no estaba en la ciudad y solo nos alcanzó dos almohadas con su hermana. Por otra parte el.inmueble es demasiado alejado del centro histórico de Cómo.

• Finnegan (10/5): Smashing host and a super cool, well equipped spacious property - Axel is a fantastic host who takes his role as host extremely seriously and goes way beyond what is expected. He anticipates and provides (the fans were a godsend as we arrived in the midst of a heatwave). The apartment is hip and really well and equipped. The spacious nature with outside space afforded us all of the amenity space we could have asked for. Not a lot in truth - the location was good for us as we liked to walk but may not suit anyone for whom same is an issue as it is 25 mins walk from the port - beyond that Axel is aware of some minor additions needed going forward - We would definitely use Axel again.

While it is distant from the lake, there are many buses which can bring you to the lakeside that stop nearby. There also supermarkets and restaurants close by that are not "touristy" and overpriced

I appreciated that it was warm during my stay, which added to the comfort. Having the ability to cook meals was definitely a plus. Axel was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. • Iulian (7/5): Check the local legislation regarding the heating system before booking :) - The apartment was spatious and had 2 bathrooms. The link between the owner and the guests was though another person, thus all pur requests were solved with very big delays. The host was very communicative, but had no power of decision. For example we requested for the temperature in the apartment to be raised as we had 17,8 degrees - the host had informed us that according to the local legislation the temperature needs to be between 18 to 21, he had to speak with the owner first and then asked us to choose a 14h window when we would like the heating system to be on. In the end, we all felt that it was cold in the apartment. We were suprised by this measure as we never encounter this problem with other accomodations around Como. The apartment could use a bit more attention on the cleaning side. There were some hairs in the bathroom from the previous guests and the bed cover was dirty. Another request was to have the towels changed as we stayed 9 nights. Even though at first the host asked us we also want the sheets the be changed, he checked and provided us only with some small towels. We received the large towels with one day before our check out and no sheets. The administrativ aspects should be better managed and the host should be prepared with extra towels and sheets expecially for the long stays. The apartment was not very practical for long stays, meaning that it was no cleaninig products or cloths or mop. One of the bathrooms had no hangers for the towels.

After this we can't use. - 7 night we have 19 degree in rooms. For me was very cold, but the own don't want to increase temperature because UE have law : "" hello good morning, were you okay last night? Well, if you tell me how you want to manage the heating, I will tell you as much as you want. According to European Union standards, heating with radiators can be on for a maximum of 14 hours a day, with a temperature that must fluctuate between 19° and 21°, if you tell me how you want to manage these 14 hours, I will tell the owner who will make the necessary changes. ""

It's nice that Axel has his art displayed throughout the apartment! The bed has quite a firm mattress. The location is definitely good! The only downside is that we had some noise from the manhole cover on the street side when a car drove over.
