Situato a Borgo Trento, appena fuori il centro città, quel tanto che basta per evitare le consuete congestioni di un centro storico in modo da avere la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto con relativa facilità. L'appartamento è superaccessoriato, dotato di tutti i confort: dotazione pentolame supercompleto, piano a induzione, forno tradizionale, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, due bagni indipendenti, wifi con collegamento diretto in fibra superveloce, tapparelle elettriche, addirittura carta igienica per tutto il soggiorno, sapone per i piatti, buste per la spazzatura, una smart tv 43 pollici , una smart tv LG OLED 55 pollici con abbonamento netflix incluso! Letti confortevoli, addirittura i cassetti della cucina con luci led interne per illuminazione, pavimento in parquet piacevole nel camminare scalzi, led di cortesia notturna nel bagno, tagliando per parcheggiare gratis, canovacci per asciugare le stoviglie, ciabattine di cortesia monouso per tutti gli ospiti. Insomma un appartamento pulito, spazioso e accogliente, molto confortevole. Importante: le tapparelle chiudono benissimo e non lasciano filtrare la luce del sole, problema che ho spesso riscontrato in altri appartamenti e che mi fa svegliare controvoglia. Presenti anche scaffali per riporre la spesa, mensole per riporre borse, svuota tasche per riporre le chiavi. Insomma, c'è cura per ogni particolare. Di appartamenti ne ho girati tanti, questo è sicuramente il migliore. Complimenti ad Andrea per la sua cortese e puntuale accoglienza.

Old town was only a short 15/20 min walk. Local bakeries and bars a few mins walk away. Arrival instructions were very clear and the owner was so helpful. Nope.
• Roberto (10/5): Praricamente perfetto consigliatissimo! - Appartamento moderno, molto pulito con tutti i confort!.. io e la mia compagna abbiamo trovato in primis il doppio bagno molto comodo, una cucina ben accessoriata e attrezzata, con cose mai trovate in precedenza, poteva mancare solo la bilancia, ma questo è solo cercare il pelo nell'uovo. Letto comodo, da gestire, i cuscini ma ce n'erano presenti vari, appartamento davvero silenzioso in zona residenziale, leggermente decentrata. L bottiglia di vino all'arrivo, una coccola, un plauso ad Andrea per professionalità, presenza anche se da remoto, e gentilezza in ogni occasione. vedi il giorno in più di soggiorno. Molto consigliato! magari più cialde per noi amanti del caffè, e pastiglie per lavastoviglie per il resto tutto perfetto!

The furnishings are well above expectations. The location is excellent! The host is extremely responsive and provides very detailed information, which can be helpful for guests who prefer more frequent and in-depth communication. If there were a coffee table in front of the sofa, it would be even cozier.

• Winfried (10/5): Der nächste Aufenthalt ist schon gebucht. - Die Wohnung bietet allen Komfort, den man sich wünschen kann. Die Bäder sind neu und sauber - wie die ganze Wohnung. Pflegemittel werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Die Lage ist hervorragend, in der Nähe findet man alles für den kleinen Einkauf, eine hervorragende Eisdiele liegt am Ende der Straße und Restaurants sind im Umfeld. In die Altstadt läuft man ca. 15 min. Man findet Dank der Parkkarte immer einen Parkplatz am Haus, auch wenn man tagsüber unterwegs war und erst abends zurück kommt. Der Vermieter ist immer ansprechbar und antwortet kurzfristig. Wir haben uns im Haus und im Viertel vollkommen sicher gefühlt, auch auf dem Weg in die historische Innenstadt.

The best apartment or hotel suite we had in 5 weeks in western and Central Europe. Stay here and you will not be disappointed. Very modern and with fast internet too. The location was not right in central Verona but that was only a 15 min walk or easy bus ride. The location was very quiet though and felt safe.

Close to transport and the old town.Parking was fine for us when we arrived and we were lucky to get a spot about 70 metres away.Over three days I did not see a lot of spare spots. I think the host should have met us when we buzzed in.Instead we received many instructions,videos and images.Some of these gave us the wrong idea about entry.I also suggest a summary of local transport,restaurants,supermarkets and departure protocols etc. would have been helpful.That way it would reduce the number of texts we received which were constant

• Cheryl (10/5): Fabulous modern, spacious apartment within easy walk of the historic centre of Verona - Fantastic spacious and modern apartment within a secure block in a great area situated only 15 mins walk from the historic centre of Verona (arena). Lots of lovely restaurants, bars, bakeries and an ice cream parlour on walk to centre. Very peaceful which is nice after the hustle and bustle of the centre. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. There is also a second toilet which is handy. The owner Andrea, had really thought of everything and provided lots of little extras such as charging cables, large umbrella and cushions for the arena seats (very useful if attending an opera or gig in the arena as some of the upper arena seats are stone and the operas lengthy) for guests to use. The air conditioning was strong, the shower hot and powerful and bed very comfortable. Lovely toiletries also provided. Andrea was very helpful and provided lots of information on restaurants, obtaining opera tickets and general sightseeing. He also left some snacks, condiments, milk, water and a chilled bottle of prosecco in the fridge for our arrival. We absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend. We will definitely return. Absolutely nothing.

• Blanca (9/5): Spacious, Clean Apartment with Easy Check-In and Great Walk to the City - The property was exceptionally clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed—including two bathrooms and easy, free parking. The owner was incredibly communicative and made the check-in process seamless. A few days before our arrival, they reached out and sent us detailed videos of the apartment, along with clear instructions on how to check in and where to find everything we’d need. We were well-prepared and felt at ease upon arrival. They even provided a parking pass, which made parking free and hassle-free. As a thoughtful touch, they left us a bottle of wine and some snacks to enjoy. Overall, it was a smooth and welcoming experience from start to finish. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the property is a bit farther from the city center—about a 25-minute walk. However, for us, this was actually a plus. We really enjoyed the walk into town, especially since there were plenty of charming restaurants and pastry shops along the way. While the distance might be something to consider for those who prefer to be right in the heart of the city, we personally found the location peaceful and just right for our stay.

He is a very nice person, replied quickly to every message, and was thoughtful in everithing I needed. He even tested me everyday to know if I needed anything. Definetely recommend it and will stay there again in my next trips to Verona I can't honestly think of anything.

• Eva (7/5): Nice modern apartment - The apartment is in a central location with free parking. We were able to get in easily and the host was very informative. The apartment was spacious and had a nice-sized kitchen with utensils, pots, and plates. The host prepared a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge as a gift which we did not have time to drink but it was a nice gesture. The apartment was cold in the evening and we could not turn on the heating as it was restricted for some reason. There were only 2 tiny blankets which did not cover the whole bed with a very thin comforter so I was cold the entire night. The host also asked us to take out the trash even though cleaning was included.
• Filip (10/5): perfect base to explore verona - the only negative aspect of our stay is that we could only stay one night :). don't hesitate to book this place. located in a residential neighborhood away from the tourist crowds , yet only 10 minutes walking to the center. the service was impeccable, as were the free gifts upon arrival. you can tell the owner really puts his heart into his business.

Everything was extremely clean and welcoming, parking on the street was easy and free (with a permit from the owner). The host was extremely helpful; for instance: I forgot some electronics in the apartment and she immediately shipped it to us. Big thumbs up!! We had some issue with the WIfi, not clear what happened.

The host was available all the time and provided all needed information! Not sure if there was a boiler system but after a while the water began to get a bit colder in the shower. It was totally enough tho for me and my wife. If you are a person who is showering for an hour it is not that good but this is the only thing I can mention here! Everything else was really cool!

He provides lots of things in the kitchen, coffee, snacks, etc...including a bottle of sprumante in the fridge! He answers immediately and is of great help for anything a guest could need, he offered a later check out to us which was incredibly kind. No big thing, but the shower has only a rain function, one shower head from above which makes hair wet every time one showers, it was also difficult to shower the baby there. And the blue light of the modern light switches disturbed sleep, but they were easy to cover with some cloth.

Andrea did arrange a city pass so I could park my car in the blue or white parking zone without costs 👍👍Andrea's wife even did bake a nice and tastful welcome cake, very sweet. Also fresh eggs, milk, toasts, sweetness for breakfast were there. Andrea was very helpful and responsive . Not that bad : I spotted several small ants in the kitchen: was wondering how that could happen as all was (and kept) very clean and proper in the apartment; food/sweetness in closets etc.

This place was better than some 5 star hotels we have stayed in. Its close to a lot of bus stops so it was very comfortable everytime you go downtown. Everything was perfect.

And what I like the most is how peaceful and comfortable it was. Shame I was there for a short while. I will stay again, and I highly recommend it!

It contained everything you might need and more (coffee machine and coffee, dishwasher, iron, etc.). We even got chilled wine, water, and ice cream as a welcome gift. Also, we received a city pass that enabled us to park free of charge on the street in front of the building. The location is also good - nice neighbourhood, ca.15 minutes walk to city centre. • Sascha (9/5): Perfect if you take the sleeping couch - Andrea was really nice and helpful, the appartement is very nice and has everything you need even drinks and a few snacks. The only thing that was not really good, and we could have booked it better ourselfs, was the additonal single bed. We could have booked the sleeping couch which would have been better. It was just a little confusing while booking as we did not get what was the difference. However Andrea asked again and provided photos, but for one night we just went with the additional single bed. Next time we would just book the sleeping couch, wgich would make everything perfect

The apartment was spotlessly clean, state of the art, beautiful, and with everything we could need. We were even left breakfast supplies and drinks in the fridge! We took the double bed option and were very comfortable. The location is perfect, just slightly out of the centre with a very safe and authentic vibe. Andrea couldn't have been more kind or helpful; he was such a great host. We would definitely stay again and can't recommend this place enough! Nothing!
