Martin (8/5): Praktisch und easy-going für kurze, nüchterne Aufenthalte. Danke, Riccardo. - Günstiges Quartier am Münchner Südostrand, für eine bis wenige Nächte prima. Sauber, bequemes Bett, freundliches Zimmer, gutes geräumiges Bad mir allem was man braucht. Riccardo ist als Wirt freundlich, entgegenkommend, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist für winterliche Tage zu kühl, es braucht etwas Einsatz, sich warm zu machen. Das lässt sich mit etwas Fantasie (z. B. Zusatzbettdecke, andere Heizungseinstellung, Wärmekissen) bestimmt optional verbessern. Im Zimmer gibt es einen großen geräumigen Schrank - der war aber komplett voll. Etwas dedizierter Raum für Gästenutzung wäre klasse. Da ich grundsätzlich nicht fernsehe, hatte ich keinen Mangel - ich bin mir aber sicher dass Riccardo auf Wunsch sofort TV bereitstellen würde.
