• Feroz (9/5): A Week in Torquay. - It was clean, and all the things you needed for self-catering were provided. Close to the harbor & sea. Quite & peaceful. There is nothing to dislike.

• Tricia (10/5): Don’t want to have to turn unpleasant in this. But refund cleaner monies - It was apartment. We prefer to cook ourselves and Clean You not charging 312 pounds for non existent cleaners which we did not require. We hire apartments for peace not cleaners

• Robyn (7/5): Good location, great for a staycation - The property was very clean, and as shown in photos, with a very good location We found the sofa incredibly uncomfortable and actually sat on the floor instead, the other feedback is the kitchen the lack of tea towel, baking dish made it difficult with cooking in a very small kitchen. The dishwasher we felt to be very pointless due to size and didn’t use but felt it to be more of a hinderance as very large in a very small kitchen.

I do have high standards when it comes to cleanliness, but this apartment exceeded my expectations. Meticulously clean in every corner! Instructions regarding the keys were provided in a clear format. The property is as described on the website and offers all essential equipment. I really enjoyed my short stay. The area is safe and calm, but is still close to all the central activities, amenities and the seafront. Instructions regarding the key were provided in a clear format. Pleasant hosts, I will definitely return!
• Derek (4/5): Very disappointing, so left to come home two days early. - The apartment was clean. Mattress was comfortable. Bath towels stayed wet as there was no radiator in the bathroom. The water in the kitchen came out tepid, not hot.

• Freeha (10/5): Safe and cozy - It was a safe and cozy place to stay. Even thought the water pressure in the bathroom way high it made me laugh as my husband kept getting wet as he forgot. The bed was comfy. There was plenty of cutlery and crockery. The sofa was 50/50 I liked it but my husband found it hard. This is not on the property but the neighbour, we were laughing and talking after 11pm and a neighbour shouted "no noise after 10:30" which annoyed us as it wasn't the TV that was loud or us laughing too loud.
• Susan (10/5): Exceptional - It had all you needed. Clean and space. Didn't like the steps to the main door although there was another way in, avoiding them. Also the entrance to the flats and corridor smelled horrible but didn't effect the flat on

• Sophie (8/5): nice - The main bedroom was very confortable, the place was very clean. Free parking was very easy and accessible. Place is easy to find. Shower is great. All you need in the kitchen for a short stay. The sofa bed in the lounge is very hard and only fits a kid. We were hoping to put our daughter in the main room as we could have had a drink and a bit of TV in the evening but that option wasn't available due to bed size.
• Rust (8/5): Very good - Very clean and nicely done Unable to gain entry to building and key was missing from lockbox, eventually a neighbour showed up and said booking.com should have notified us to call on him for entry into the building and it turned out he had the key. All we got was an email with the lockbox code which was actually inside the locked building - two hours of waiting around trying to contact anyone who might help

• Stefan (10/5): Clean, quiet and comfortable stay, in a great location by the sea! - Great location with a short walk to the harbour area with all the restaurants and views. The apartment and surrounding area are very quiet considering it is so close to the town centre. It was very clean and everything was exactly as advertised. Good communications and I would not hesitate to book again. Nothing to dislike really. Value for money was great.
• Anonymous (7/5): arrived at apartment to find no one there had to ring owner to find out where to collect key . - property was clean, there was no tin opener or jug in kitchen had to go out and buy them. the entrance hallway has a very musty smell to it, Bedroom didn’t have a double bed in it there was not much room in the small bed , the location for us was far to steep up a steep bank ,location stated that it was closer to town than it really was.
