• Martin (9/5): Good for visiting Vatican City. - The location is perfect for visiting Vatican City, with easy access to nearby attractions. the beds could use an upgrade as the mattresses were not very comfortable. The property does not fully match the photos and could benefit from some updates and refreshing.
• Marek (9/5): A very nice experience - The accommodation was great, with an amazing location close to the Vatican. Overall, it was clean and relatively well-equipped. Plus the host, Matteo, was super helpful and nice. The only downside was the hot water, which wasn’t working, and despite reporting it, the issue unfortunately wasn’t fully resolved. In one of the bathrooms there was no hot water pressure, therefore it wasn’t usable. Our stay, however, was still a very nice experience.
• Colm (6/5): Location is good, pictures make it seem bigger than it is, needs a fresh paint job as some of the walls are quite well s - Great location, very near the Vatican and metro very close by Lots of street noise, even though there were three en-suites it seemed only one shower could operate at a time for hot water

• Monika (4/5): Disappointing - My experience was quite disappointing. There were constant disruptions in the hot water supply, making it difficult to enjoy a proper shower. The apartment was dusty, and it seemed like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The dishwasher was not functioning, which was inconvenient for our stay. We found dirty towels upon our arrival, which was unacceptable. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Overall, I do not recommend this apartment due to these issues.

• Jonathan (7/5): Location great, very clean, bad smell in one room, inconsistant water temp very limited amenities. - Location is fantastic and the place was very clean, host were very helpful with our booking error (Number of people). We were met promptly by Rafelle and taken up to the room and given two sets of keys. Lift to the 3rd floor was a huge bonus, plenty of nice local places to eat with many of them offering fantastic gluten free options. Having an onsuite in every room was a great feature. One of the rooms had a very bed smell, reported to host and I note that another review mentioned it. There are no/limted faciltiies in the place; no wine glasses, no sharpe knifes, no curtains in the 4th bedroom (kitchen / lounge). One dish washer tablet, no kitchen towles and VERY limited toilet paper. Water was hot, then cold, also mentioned on another review. Sofa bed is more sofa than bed, not comfortable and calling it a bed is generous but that did not stop me sleeping :)

• Gergana (10/5): Exceptional - Nice, conftable, clean apartment for 6-8 people, near to Vatican and metro station. Quite area, kind host. We were welcomed late in the evening by Rafaelle, who was do kind.. I recommend the apartment! Just a recommendation-if it is possible to have a coffee machine, it will be great. There is an extra fee for late check-in, but this is unsignificant.
• Saurabh (4/5): it was ok, not a great experience. - location is good..very close to Vatican and other city Center. the things mentioned were not there for example coffee machine. Basic set of amenities like dish washer pods, hand wash, liquid for dish washer, kitchen tissues, toiletries, vacuum cleaner all is not there. so be prepared to go grocery shopping as soon as you land in there. plus since the apartment is new so lot of things needs to be understood like dishwasher and gas is a different way to operate. shower closet in one bedroom is like makeshift kind of setup honestly you can’t take shower in that else whole room would flooded with water. Also the apartment is little small for more than 5 ppl. with kids it was little difficult to manage.
