• Thomas (9/5): Conveniently close to the airport with a nice pizza shop and cafe around the corner. - Proximity to the airport. Single bed had a big bar on the base that made it slightly uncomfortable to sleep on.

• Ma Isabel (8/5): - Overall a convenient, basic stay if you’re looking for a place to stay near the airport. Spacious apartment with two bathrooms. The apartment was clean and the self check-in was easy. A little bit hard to find but it’s a good thing the host sent photos of the building so we were able to find it. Apartment is on the second floor with no elevator — keep in mind if you have big luggage.

• Jirah Awwad (10/5): - The location was great being only a few minutes away from Fiumicino. It was clean and comfortable with many restaurants nearby. The only thing I didn't like was that it was difficult to find the location because it is tucked above an orthodontist's office so the address isn't facing the street.

• Rosaleen (9/5): This is the 2nd time we’ve had a very nice overnight stay at this accommodation. It is perfect for travelling to Fiumici - The rooms were very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and both rooms had their own bathrooms with showers. It would have been beneficial to have an iron available. Also, there were a lot of mosquitoes around which prevented us from enjoying the outdoor area.
• Michelle (10/5): Perfect stops over stayingyour flying from Fiumicino - It was super easy to get to. Leandro had given us excellent instructions to get there. The beds were comfy the bathrooms were easy, all the towels were fluffy and the aircon was perfect. Would recommend and would also re book. Nothing it was all perfect.
• Steve (3/5): Poor - Did not stay. - The host was responsive. Awful smell upon arrival. Sewer smell like problem. The place was hot. Air conditions did not work well at all. Sketchy advertisement. Listing states it is two bedroom. However, two single beds are in the kitchen. They way the pictures were taken, you could not ever tell that this is not two bedroom place. To be fair to listing and owner, apartment has two proper bathrooms and those appear to be clean. Did not stay at this place and had to book an alternate accommodations very late in the evening/middle of the night. Owner was honest about the problem and has refunded fully our cost. That was a nice touch and appreciated. The reason why I gave this property low rating is that fact that apartment already has previously been reported as problematic. Even more problematic is the fact that owner has everything managed remotely but is unable to manage A/C and make it comfortable for guest when they arrive. It would be easy to remotely manage A/C on or simply ensure that place is cooled off as it is in the top of dental clinic.

• Kenny (10/5): Kenny Europe Trip - Location is excellent, private apartment, comfy and just about evwrything you need for stay is available. Super clean. Easy self-check in instructions. Host is a 5 star, he went above and beyond. He helped me with my damaged luggage by offering a used one that came so handy. He saved my trip. Thank you for all your help.
• Karen (2/5): Would not stay there again - It had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There was an airport shuttle Difficult to find. Smelled like a dead animal was decomposing

• Mary (10/5): Fabulous location for early morning flight - Very well appointed and everything you could need was there, the beds were very comfortable and it was easy to access, the communication was excellent. It was 5 min from fuimicino airport very easy for early morning flight. Also the recommendations for food and drinks was a bonus, we ate at the pizza Gallery and had the best food and service of our trip. Nothing

• Komyate (4/5): No thanks - The spaces were good and beds were comfortable enough, nothing exceptional. Location is good you have a car, plenty of parking. Restaurant and supermarket nearby. THE SMELL coming from the bathrooms was horrible. The whole place was full of humidity and the smell did not go away even after opening the windows for a long time. The stairs to get up up the place are difficult with suitcases. I won’t be back.

• Katie (6/5): Good for early morning flights out of FCO - Easy check in, perfect location for those early morning flights out of FCO. Well communicated with the host as far as check in/check out instructions. The hot water heater worked for a bit but then cut out.

• Ori (5/5): It was clean and adequate. - The shower in the room with the queen bed was larger than showers in other hotels and Airbnbs. The single beds were meant for children. A large adult could feel the bed reinforcements through the foam mattress.
• Gei (9/5): Excellent place for before you leave - The location is super close to the airport and the communication with the host was great. The place is very comfortable and everything was clean when we arrived. Checking in is super easy. One of the curtains wasn't working, but we were told they were doing work beforehand.
• Andrew (7/5): Clean property that did the job. - Clean property, nice local restaurant. Airport transfer was not sorted until calling several times on different phone numbers after our arrival. Once we got through to the owner it was sorted pretty quickly but given we were needing to leave very early the next morning we could have done without the uncertainty at the end of a tiring trip. Was also surprised that the min taxi fee out of and into the airport is 45 EUR each way despite being around 1km away. This was 70% of the cost of the room for the night. I'm not sure I would bother to stay here again knowing this as we could have stayed near a train station a little further away.

• Rebeca (6/5): Not recommended! - Nothing. Dump wall and humidity in the bedroom from the bathroom. Cold inside and the AC didn t work on heating. Bad entrance pavement and difficult acces with trollers. Overall, ugly area, and if you add the cost of uber in the night you better stay in Roma termini.

• Karen (3/5): Won’t stay here - Location The place was not clean and we got bit by bugs. There was a construction right below the unit so it was very loud and dusty. The only good thing was the location.
• Amy (10/5): Great and would absolutely recommend! - Best shower ever after a week of stinky water in Praiano lol It felt clean and perfect for one night waiting for a flight. Walking distance from restaurants. There was a slight odor and of course my anxious mind goes to worst case scenario such as they just sprayed for bugs. But that’s a me problem.

Good service . Very good value for money 💰 Clean , new , very good location 2 minutes from big supermarket by food and 15 minutes from airport by the car
• Valerija (9/5): Superb - Great location 8 minutes drive from the airport, if that’s what you’re looking for. Next door there is a great breakfast bar. Parking included. Comfortable rooms and 2 bathrooms, really handy! If one has to leave early or arrive late and another stays. Very good.
