Amazing staff – friendly, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. Even though they don’t offer a concierge or experience service, Eleonora went out of her way to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. The food was outstanding – both breakfast and the restaurant we tried were among the best meals we’ve ever had in a hotel. Though our room was very spacious and well-designed, they could improve is the lighting, as it’s a bit difficult to achieve total darkness at morning

- Gilly (8/5): Beautiful and very comfortable stay. - Lovely breakfast and beautiful location. Pool was gorgeous. Cleanliness of rooms and facilities was excellent. Staff were consistently friendly. We really needed coffee in the rooms! Also, dinner menu could be wider ranging. There was no air conditioning in the main reception area which meant that this area wasn't usable.
- Lieve (8/5): Very 'zen' place - Nice location and atmosphere - fully integrated in the landscape and a relaxing setting - very clean rooms - excellent dinner in the evening - nice swimming pool One of the two rooms was extremely small - some of the personnel was very friendly, while others were less friendly and although it was a good breakfast, not having orange juice for two days on a row is very strange.

- Stephania (9/5): Peaceful getaway with yummy food in Ibiza - The hotel is very nicely decorated and the rooms are a decent size. The breakfast is delicious, fresh and healthy. The staff are very polite and helpful. Calmness is everywhere when staying at this hotel. The room curtains were not black out so some sun comes in from 6am. Breakfast finishes at 11am and there is no option for food until the restaurant opens again for lunch at 1pm..

- M (7/5): Magical new place on Ibiza but need some improvements! - Wonderful location, perfect interior, lovely and friendly staff and great food. Magical place! It’s in a remote area so you really get some peace if you want. The rooms definitely could use a nice scent or/and more ventilation, it’s musty and clammy… Also the shower in our room had no warm water in the shower. But because of the weather, that was still good, we didn’t mind. But could use a check. Low ceiling in the bedroom, so if your claustrophobic, don’t take room 9.

- Gabrielle (6/5): Lovely location but still very new with a few teething problems - The property is beautifully designed, in a lovely rural location with views over the valley. The pool is great and there are plenty of areas to sit around the property that are well designed. The rooms are good, however the standard room is very small. The property has recently just opened and it certainly still feels that way, the price you pay for a room is a lot and the level of service is just not quite there.
