• Band (10/5): Best homestay - Whole property was clean. All bedsheets and blankets were washed and clean. Staff was friendly and cooperative too. Owner did take care of everything.

• karanjkar (10/5): Home away from home. - Its really very nice place to stay with family. Food was very tasty. Caretaker was very polite and helpful. We wanted to visit mahalaxmi by auto and asked caretaker. He went out of his way and he secured the autos for us. Villa architecture was very artistic and homely. Nothing to say.

Its good when you are planning for visiting places and resting / spending time at the house. Good when you want to plan to take senior citizen and make them rest at villa/ house. Loved the place. Ac is better than cooler.

• Tejas (6/5): Good property with below average experience. - Location, property, cleanness TV was not working properly, The caretaker was having their whole bunch of relatives in the outhouse just beside the house during our stay that We were not expecting, The air cooler was present only in one bedroom .
• Siddharth (9/5): Superb - Beautiful home to stay, I would rather say a well designed home. It is a well maintained property too. They also have a caretaker, on request they serve home-cooked food. Private car parking is available.
• Omkar (10/5): It’s a dream house anybody would wish to stay for a long period - Lot of positivity; rejuvenating interior design of the house; hygienically maintained all the washrooms. Overall, it’s a cosy house. In spite of the beginning of the summer, the house was cool. We would like to come again and again to this homestay whenever we’ll travel via Kolhapur.

• Manasi (8/5): Very good - My family and I stayed here for a day and we loved the place. The design, structure and ambience of house is beautiful. It was super clean. Also the Mahalaxmi temple and Kolhapur market is just 5 kms away so the location is convenient as well. There's scope for a lot of improvement in Breakfast.

All places are easily accessible and have all the amenities in and around Map location is wrong has to change to opposite Clyde homes the caretaker kept keeping the main gate open even after informing i have a dog inside.
