• Sylvie (10/5): - Tout. L'appartement est magnifique et parfait pour un séjour à Florence. Il est très bien agencé. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Nous avons été très bien accueilli avec toutes les explications qu'il nous fallait. Endroit calme et reposant. Il se situe à 15mn du centre en tram ou comme nous qui aimons marcher à 30 mn Ras

• Illia Plokhikh (10/5): - Всё было великолепно,в апартаментах есть всё,что необходимо для комфортного отдыха. Если возникали какие то вопросы,то они моментально решались хозяином. Расположение не в самом центре но в 50 метрах, трамвайная остановка,трамваи ходят каждые пять минут,ехать 10 минут и вы в историческом центре, пешком можно добраться за 35 минут до центра. Мы ходили или ездили в зависимости от погоды и настроения. В 200 метрах от апартаментов расположен большой супермаркет Coop. В округе много кафе и ресторанчиков для тех кто не хочет готовить. Всем рекомендую данное жильё.
• Nattida (10/5): - Everything! The apartment is just a few minutes away from the tram station, which took us about 10 minutes to the Florence SMN station. The room was very lovely, well-decorated and well-equipped. The balcony overlooked a 'backyard' which is really nice for enjoying your coffee in the morning! The area was calm and quiet we had a good rest every night. There were a handful of complimentary snacks and coffee/tea in the kitchen, which is very thoughtful. Definitely will recommend our friends/family who are visiting Florence. Nothing!
• Myth (10/5): - The property was clean and easy to reach attractions via public transportation. It's also quiet area. There's an extra room you can sleep on the sofabed or use it as an office. You can also open windows to get fresh air. Everything was fine for us.
• EYAGGELIA (10/5): - Ο Simon είναι απόλυτα συνεργάσιμος, πρόθυμος και κατατοπιστικός. Το σπίτι είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Ο εξοπλισμός της κουζίνας δεν θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο άψογος!!! Και γενικά όλοι οι χώροι του σπιτιού ήταν φιλόξενοι.Είχε τα πάντα. Αισθανθήκαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Πολύ σημαντικό που το σπίτι ήταν εύκολα προσβάσιμο σε τραμ και σουπερ μάρκετ. Ο Simon είχε φροντίσει να μας προσφέρει νερό, καφέ και λιχουδιές για το καλοσώρισμα. Ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ Simon!!!
• Heather (10/5): Simone was a great host, meeting us from the team and explaining things about the apartment. Really lovely and comfortab - Very comfortable, clean, quiet, close to the tram and a good supermarket. Nothing to say here.

• Milan (10/5): - Nice apartment. Great host who waited for us. Excellently equipped and connected by tram to the historical center. We will come again.
• Petra (9/5): Nice apartment in a quiet area and easy to get to the city center by tram. - Nice, simple and modern apartment. We really liked the location, quiet area, a bit distanced from the city center, but the tram stop just few steps away and only 5 stops to get to the old town. Great bar at the corner, where we had excellent breakfast every morning.
• Esperanza (8/5): Apartamento cómodo y recomendable - La atención del anfitrión fue muy buena, a pesar del fallo de la calefacción. Muy de agradecer los detalles de bienvenida: agua, cava, te, café. Bien comunicado con el centro histórico. Aunque estaba limpio, haría falta una limpieza más profunda.
