- Herbert (4/5): - Die Lage war gut - zentral zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt /Weihnachtsmarkt, touristische Ziele und Lebensmittelgeschäft konnten schnell fußläufig erreicht werden. Der Schlüsselort war schlecht beschrieben, sodass er erst nach längerer Suche gefunden wurde. Auf eine entsprechende telefonische Anfrage wurde nicht reagiert. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war völlig durchgesessen und nicht nutzbar, der Fernseher hatte einen Wackelkontakt ,sodass immer wieder Black outs während der Sendung auftraten. Eine Bedienungsanleitung fehlte. Die Ausstattung der Küche war mangelhaft z.B gab es zu wenig Besteck, nur einen Teelöffel, kein Schälmesser , keine größeren Gläser . Auch die Sauberkeit war nicht okay z.B. waren auf dem Boden im Schlafzimmer mehrere lange schwarze Haare und der Fußboden in der Küche war klebrig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passte daher im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften nicht.
