• Carmen (10/5): Beautifully and thoughtfully appointed house with amazing outdoor area for kids, and pet friendly to boot! - The property is so thoughtfully appointed with beautiful decor, linens and all the little extra things that make this home feel as though the owners have really gone that extra mile. The kitchen is decked out with everything you could need and want - the appliances are good quality including a ninja food processor and smoothie blender, Smeg coffee machine and toaster, and plenty of platters and wooden boards for cheese platters and glasses for wine. The house was immaculately clean, and spacious. Our kids had a ball in the fully fenced backyard, enjoying the basketball court, hammocks and swing set. The outdoor area is the ideal spot to soak up the last of the sunlight while the kids are playing. Plenty of sporting equipment is available to use as well. We will definitely be back! Nothing at all!

Beautiful home, plenty of space, great view, clean and spotless, beautifully furnished, eveything felt new, large backyard with swings, hammocks, a firepit and court to play basketball. Only 10 mins from Margaret River town and a short 4WD down to Kilcarnup Beach. This is a place we will definitely look to stay at again when we are down in the area.

The warning about water usage got us concerned initially. Until we see how the lawn is maintained by auto scheduled watering system …

• Low (8/5): Owner was hospitable but the power tripped incident did frighten us especially the night was super cold and raining heav - Spacious, privacy with a cozy vibe. Totally suits family stay. The owner lived within the same compound but gave us full privacy. Understood from the owner that they own the space but lease out this listing to a service provider to manage the entire accommodation. Stayed for 4D3N. The power circuit tripped on the last night resulting to no electricity and water supply. The service provider in booking.com informed us to locate the circuit box in the garage/utility area but it wasn’t there. This lasted for almost an hour and it was pretty nerve wrecking as we had 2 kids below 3 yo with us. Service provider told us the on-call team is on its way — turns out it’s the owner who lived just a few metres away. He helped reset the circuit box which was located outside the apt (obviously the service provider was not familiar with it and advised wrongly). Right after resetting the circuit box, one of the stoves started twitching and we had to turn off the power for safety reasons.

• Tracey (10/5): A wonderful experience that is now a treasured memory. - I loved the cleanliness and the beautiful aesthetic of the property both inside and out. The location was beautiful and easy to access and central to all that we wished to experience during our visit to Margaret River. The property had many added extras such as throw blankets, heating, boardgames balls and basketball rings as well as wood and all you would need to use the fire pit. All these little touches ensured our large family get together was one that we all thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you, also to our host who was so friendly and welcoming and Swell Stays Staff whose extra touches and ease to liase with made our stay extra special.

• Jade (10/5): A luxurious and comfortable family stay. - The property was amazing. Beautifully decorated, well equipped, great location. The outdoors was amazing, my boys were very happy. There were toys, puzzles, books and games for the whole family.

• Kaycee (9/5): Expensive but absolutely worth it :) - Paul introduced himself to us while we were there and spoke to us about local places to go. The outdoor area has swings and a huge backyard for the kids. The indoors has a theatre room , 4 bedrooms and just overall comfortability. There is shower gel in the bathrooms, Netflix, prime, etc. they have sooooo many board games and also have some outdoor equipment like tennis rackets, cricket bats, balls, for the family to play :) We weren’t able to use the fire pit due to fire bans :(

• Candice (9/5): Beautiful home in a peaceful atmosphere. - Rileystone is a beautifully furnished property with everything you need and plenty of space. It was well appointed for our family and small dog. We loved waking up to and being a part of the nature that surrounds the house, and being in close proximity to all of the wineries.
