• Cristina (1/5): Pessimo - Non c era Camera tre letti di cui il terzo con branda cigolante e instabile in uno spazio totale di circa 10 metri non ci si riusciva a girare nessun posto per i trolley e nessun armadio bagno piccolissimo no ascensore atrio e scale maleodoranti pulizia approssimativa con cestino traboccante e lasciato lì
• Anselmo Rodrigues (7/5): - A localização é excelente e os funcionários foram muito educados. Seria um quarto pequeno para um casal, mas estávamos em três então não tinha espaço para nada, eram as três camas e só.
• Aranburu (7/5): - Ubicación y trato del personal. El ruido del exterior. Está céntrico, pero las ventanas no aíslan bien. Además, no estaba puesta la calefacción y tuve que pedir una manta extra.
• Martin (2/5): not happy at all. - Totally different that we saw in photos. They put us in a room right next to the ceiling. Awful. Too expensive for what we pay. Sara and the staff very kind but…. don’t even try. The photos ARE NOT the actual room. no AC, hot, the faucet in the bathroom was leaking..

• Hamid (5/5): Lots of expected amenities were missing that usually are in “Suites”. - Walking distance to city center. Smell inside the property. No microwave, coffee, small fridge, iron, ice. Basically nothing came with the room. Had to ask for fresh towels.

• Lucia (7/5): ok for a couple of nights great location. - the location was great. service was good the tv was too small, is better to do not have one. only fun, no ac, third floor by stairs. There were two curtains but no black out, doesn’t make any sense.

• JOSE MARIA (7/5): - Lo mejor sin duda es la ubiacion, cerca de la estacion de tren, de las paradas de los tranvias, de los sitios mas importantes, de muchos restaurantes, supermercados. Tambien la amabilidad del personal. No hay ascensor. Nos alojamos en un 1º y nos ayudaron a subir y bajar las maletas. La habitacion un poco pequeña para el precio, aunque solo por la ubicacion merece la pena. Las camas eran comodas, no asi las almohadas. El baño tambien un poco pequeño, con una griferia bastante antigua.

• Francesco (10/5): - La posizione della struttura è perfetta per visitare anche a piedi le zone più conosciute della città. Il capolinea del tram 28 è a soli 50 metri, la stazione della metropolitana Rossio è nella piazza alle spalle dell'albergo. Internamente non è prevista la colazione ma è come se lo fosse, confinante con l'ingresso dell'hotel c'è una "panaderia" con bar davvero ottima. Inoltre lo staff è molto disponibile e la pulizia perfetta. Unica pecca per una struttura di 3 piani è la mancanza dell'ascensore.

• maion toto (9/5): Awesome - We had a great time. It's perfectly located. Literally we're close to everything by foot! The room is clean. A tiny suggestion, it might be good to have blackout curtains.
• Maisie (6/5): Great value for clean, no frills, centrally located option. - Location is in heart of the central Baixa district. Very close to means of transportation and lively streets. Room was immaculately clean. Room had been freshly painted and smelled strongly of paint but there was a fan which helped. The owners were extremely helpful. I forgot my key and they came within minutes even though it was after 10pm. Right outside front door is lively bakery/cafe, good for locals people-watching (not hip). Shampoo would be appreciated. It’s a very budget option. Bed was hard. No frills but good value.
