• Vivienne (9/5): - The location was great being near shops, cafes and the metro so very easy to get around, it didn"t appear to be a 'tourist' area so don't expect pretty buildings and cafes to sit outside, though there is a park close by. The layout of the apartment is very functional with an open plan living/bedroom/kitchen and seperate shower room, plenty of space with high ceiling.The fittings in the apartment were plentiful but basic, very clean throughout. The beds were very comfortable. The owner of the apartment was very easy to contact if needed. Could do with a draft excluder to put against the front door as there is a considerable gap (probably fine in the summer but not in November). The heating is an aircon unit high up on the wall, same as in offices, it is effective if you know how to use them but takes a while to get going. The kettle does not switch off automatically so be careful. The check-in/check-out is fine if you are comfortable using Naqi, and know exactly when you are going to arrive, and depart on time. Though the apartment owner was flexible, I did feel a bit harrassed at the time.

• Mark Hoesman (7/5): Accessing the apartment requires internet - The apartment was as described. It is small, but comfortable. The bed isn't the best, but we slept okay. The check in. We had to buy a Spain SIM card in order to use the internet to access the apartment. That was not convenient.

• G. Boada (6/5): Agridulce - Buena ubicación y limpio. El trato fatal, unos rácanos que tienen mucha prisa en pedirte cosas pero para darte espérate. Les pedí por favor que me manden con antelación las indicaciones para llegar al alojamiento porque el día de llegada iba a estar sin internet y estuve inquieta todo el día. Al final lo mandaron 30min antes de la llegada. Por lo visto había una penalización por llegar más tarde de las 18h que eran unos 15€ que me preguntaron mil veces si había dejado no vaya a ser. Lógico no tenía cambio en el mismo día así que al día siguiente se les pagó. Pero muy desagradables las formas al igual que el ambientador del lugar.
• Foto (10/5): Estadia durante visita a Madrid - Excelente localização, próxima ao metrô, mercados, farmácia e comércio. Muito limpo, bem equipado para até três pessoas. Anfitrião sempre disponível e atencioso. Recomendo!

• Catherine (7/5): Overall, I still rate the place 7 or 8 as it was worth the price - The room was all the necessecities. A good sized shower, a washing machine. There were 2 large supermarkets within 2 min walks. The mattresses were super comfortable. The noise of residents/people entering the adjacent apartments, seem to be entereing in ours, i think because the walls were so thin. The ones above us as well. So we heard people coming and going all night long. Another thing we did not like was the lock of the door. We had to downlock an app and follow instructions.....to go in the first......than again ....the inside door. If something had happened to my mobile.( lost it, damaged it, used all my power or anything else, ..i would have not been able to go inside the apartment.
