Zudem war dei ADO Busstation in der Nähe, das war auch der Grund warum wir diese Unterkunft gewählt haben. es hat sehr gestunken, da es feucht im zimmer war. Der Grund dafür ist, dass das Zimmer im „Keller“ lag und nur über ein Fenster zum Flur verfügte. Zudem war das Bett sehr wackelig und es waren Flecken am Bettlaken

Grité pero nadie respondía. Al final fui con la maleta a un bar para pedirles wifi y entonces me comuniqué con los encargados - no se puede dejar la maleta después del check-out - moho en la pared - humedad: la ropa o las toallas se secaban bastante tiempo - durante tres noches nadie cambió las toallas o las sábanas - la noche que llegué no hubo agua caliente (después sí, pero la primera noche no) - hubo una cucaracha en la ducha - no hay una ventana grande, solo una chiquita. Por eso la habitación es bastante oscura - no hay un enchufe para cargar móvil u otro dispositivo. Hay que desenchufar la tele o la nevera

They even stored my board while I was away ✨Very comfy bed, slept great. Very quiet area. Lots of eateries and shops around. Very humid, clothes never really dried, and WIFI didn't reach my room. They brought a modem but we couldn't make it work..

An Oxxo store right by the corner. The bed was amazing, and slept so well. Great value for money ✨ No WIFI, my room was the furthest away so it never worked. They brought a modem but we couldn't figure it out... Room had no window and it was humid. A/C was great though!

• Mcleary826 (10/5): Perfect stay in the heart of Cancun - I can't say enough good things about this apartment! The location was absolutely perfect—right in downtown Cancún, in a safe and vibrant neighborhood. It was incredibly easy to walk around, with local shops, restaurants, and grocery stores just steps away. The bus stop was also close by, making it super convenient to explore other parts of the city and the Hotel Zone. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host thought of everything—fresh, fluffy towels, high-quality shampoo and toiletries, and even small touches that made it feel like home. It was quiet at night, with great air conditioning, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. Our host was amazing—responsive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. This place felt like a hidden gem and made our trip to Cancún even more special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a warm welcome in a fantastic part of the city. Would definitely stay here again!

• Arunas (7/5): Good - Clear self check- in instructions . The property is 5 min walk away from ADO bus station. Quiet location. Old window , water gets into the room when it’s raining heavily. There is a coffee machine but no cups no spoons so it’s pretty much useless 😀
• Emmajean (8/5): Very good - Great location right near downtown and in barrio Cuba. Can walk to parque de las Palapas easily. A very quiet street for Cancun/most of Mexico as well! We slept well, and there was a TV in the room. There was no common area space and the room we had was very small with no desk/chairs, so essentially it was to sleep and nothing else. No shared kitchen but there is a small fridge in the room. Great for 1-2 nights to be central!

The host, although not present, is very quick to reply via message. Location is very close to the ADO station and to restaurants and supermarkets The whole room smelled extremely damp/moldy. The bathroom had a pungent urine smell. We luckily had a window in the room, but couldn't leave it open because there was no fly screen and it was right opposite of the communal kitchen - so we didn't feel save leaving it open. We left the AC on all night to help a little bit against the smell, but that meant it was very loud (the AC itself). The internet didn't work. We asked for another network and got one, but that also didn't work. We just didn't receive the networks they send us on our phones. There were a few long black hairs in the bed which definitely didn't belong to us (we don't have black hair). The place is comparably cheap, but it should still not smell that moldy.
• Stefano (7/5): Nice last night in Cancun with late arrival - The position is excellent, very close to ADO bus station and the city center. The price ration is also very good for a single room. The indication for the check-in and check-out were clear, the staff, even if not present on place, is responsive on booking and the check-in is available also at late night. The room is simple, but nothing special. There are no windows on the exterior, which can be either a good and a bad thing considering the city. The bed and the pillows are not very comfortable.

• Rhiannon (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely fantastic location, just a 5 minute walk from the bus station but on a nice quiet street. The bed is very comfy and the air conditioning works brilliantly. The self check in process was really easy with very detailed instructions. Great value for money!
• Sreemanthula (7/5): Value for money stay. Basic and decent - It exactly matches the description and pictures. Pretty basic but worth the value for money. The host is very attentive and she responds instantly on WhatsApp to anything asked. There is nothing much to complain about this place.
• Hannah (9/5): Central location in downtown all the simple facilities that you need - This location was in Downtown Cancun which meant it was quieter than the main strip which is what I liked It took about 15 minutes to get to the strip on the R1 bus which cost less than 50 pesos and was 24 hours There was a Coffee Machine and a fridge. Although the Coffee machine didn't have any coffee with it you could use it to boil your own water and get coffee schats from the Oxxo shop 2 minutes walk. Also someone mentioned that they didn't have cups/forks etc. but if you go into the reception area downstairs they have all those things that you can take to the room. Also try the Mango burger at Church chicken very nice! Also right next to the bus station so if you are travelling round Mexico very convienent

Safe residential location. Close to ADO bus station (the taco van outside the station is excellent). No window to outside. No cups. Coffee maker but no coffee or filters etc so couldn't use it.

Comfy bed, large shower, all perfectly clean. AC and WIFI worked well. Good value for money, would stay here again. All good, no complaints. The front gate lock is touchy, seems like it won't open but there's a knack to it.

• Romano (8/5): A good place near the bus station - The place is very near the ADO bus station. Which could be convenient, depending on one's travel plans. Check-in was easy (although I never actually saw the host). And, a bath mat is provided! There is a refrigerator and coffee-maker. Adding a microwave oven and maybe a couple of glasses would add a lot to the facilities.

ADO is very close you also have an OXXO and other places to eat and change money very close. We rented a car and there was also parking outside. Safe place. Would recommend. Rusty bathroom thing where you put the shampoos

• Satomi (9/5): Really good place to stay near the bus terminal - I loved the location, a 5 min walk from the bus terminal was very convenient. The room was small but comfortable and the host was very helpful. It was clean and the staff (a Guatemalan girl) was very friendly too. The AC was a huge industrial one and I had to turn it off after few mins bc it gets so cold, and then hot again. There is no one at the property after 4pm so leaving luggage after that time wasn't possible.

• Sara (10/5): Great location, good accessibility and tidy - Even without meeting them everything worked perfectly. We arrived after 9pm with my 85 year old mom and we had no trouble at all. We found basic supplies available apart from the ones at our room like coffee cups, tissues , cutlery and toilet roll in their box office even though it was closed. Clean, tidy, organised. Big bathroom. Good accessibility to the ground floor. Not bad for people with mobility difficulties. Just a couple of steps down at the entrance. But the best thing is the location. Just a few min walk from ADO bus station. I don't have interior pics but the ones at the website are accurate A bit small but not bad for a short stay or few luggage
