Guest Reviews
- Edyta (10/5): Przyjemny pobyt w tradycyjnym włoskim mieszkaniu blisko morza i starego miasta.
- EUGENIA (8/5): - L'appartamento è posizionato in centro vicino alla spiaggia e alla stazione,, molto soddisfatti.
- cavedon (7/5): In generale siamo stati benissimo. Accoglienza gentilissima. Eravamo in 6. Dotazioni sufficienti, l’indispensabile (come sempre in Liguria).
- mathieu (9/5): comfortable overnight stay - A bit of the winding mountain road to get here from the direction of Pisa/Florence.
The apartment (one floor up with stairs) feel like a grandma's house (in a good way): Dated deco but has a warm feeling. The owner was very kind to accommodate our very late check-in and later check-out.
It is a real apartment where people could stay for long term, so everything are there, more than enough for our one night stay.
Paid street parking right in front of the apartment block, 8am-12am, one hour 2 euros. The machine takes only coins, no card.
There is a convenience store or small grocery right opposite to the apartment and opens late.
It is around 20min or 10km drive to Monterosso al Mare (Cinque Terre). The stairs (for luggage moving) and paid street parking.
- Mauricio (5/5): Passable - The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos. You get what you pay for, which is cheaper than other options nearby. It has all the basics you need: a bathroom, a bed, and a functional kitchen. Getting the keys was an average experience, not the best and not the worst. They send you a phone number that you need to call (WhatsApp doesn't work), which can be inconvenient if you don't have a European SIM card. The owner only speaks Italian, but with the help of a translator and a little patience, I was able to communicate in a mix of Spanish and Italian. From then on, she arrived in about 10 minutes and was very friendly. Let me explain: even though I knew I was renting an older apartment, I can't give it a higher rating because the shower was terrible. No joke, the worst shower I've ever seen in any apartment or hotel anywhere in the world. It was a tall, but tiny bathtub with a step in the middle. It was impossible to move around and extremely dangerous to get in and out of or even move. I (who am 35) almost had an accident twice. I didn't allow my elderly parents to take showers, just in case. Finding parking on the street was fairly easy, but be aware that the city charges a daily fee of about 30 euros. If they renovate the bathroom, I would consider staying here again, if they don't, I won't come back.
- Nilanjana (10/5): Perfect - Spacious apartment for a group of 5/6 people. One of the bedrooms even had a nice little balcony. The kitchen was well equipped with complimentary coffee and mocha pot. The place was close to the centre and the beach.
- Walkup (9/5): Superb - Location. Good size. Beds were not as comfortable as most BnBs.
- Fionahn (9/5): Superb -
- Mantas (8/5): Very good -
- Sunil (7/5): Good -
- Carol (10/5): Exceptional -
