- Rosell (1/5): - Im still waiting for my refund Im still waiting for my refund
- Amy (7/5): - The location is amazing with great views and easy access to the sardine run.
They had good breakfasts and bar and a Korean restaurant right inside heir bar that was awesome.
Helpful staff
They put us in touch with Totoy who helped with all our activities. Noisy open air bar just opened up next door. Late night loud music.
Air conditioner did not work very well and was only one in the bedroom.
Random large bucket/bin of water in the shower....
Struggled with English speaking with some of the staff.
- shamsher (6/5): It was okay. Room AC and bathroom can be upgrades - Location was sea facing The bathroom was not that great. Just a small AC in a bog room which is not enough considering how hot and humid it was. I was there for onenight so it was oka but if you are planning to stay more than a night please fist look at the place and if you think you can manage then go ahead.

Niets
- carla (9/5): Lovely stay! Perfect location and lovely hosts. - Lovely would recommend to family and friends Ac was weak

- Christie (3/5): GOOD LOCATION. BAD ROOM. LOTS OF MOSQUITOES AND THE STAFF GAVE US AN INSECT SPRAY THAT IS EMPTY. - Seascape Moalboal has a great location, which is probably its biggest advantage. It’s conveniently situated near the main areas in Moalboal, making it easy to access restaurants, diving spots, and other attractions. If you’re planning to explore the town or go island hopping, the location makes things very convenient. However, the room quality was disappointing. The room did not feel well-maintained and did not meet the expectations we had based on the property’s listing. It could definitely benefit from better upkeep and attention to cleanliness and comfort.
Another major issue was the large number of mosquitoes in the room. This made it quite uncomfortable, especially at night. We asked the staff for help, and they did provide an insect spray, but unfortunately the spray bottle they gave us was empty, which meant the problem wasn’t actually resolved.
Overall, Seascape Moalboal has potential because of its excellent location, but the room condition and mosquito problem significantly affected our stay. With better room maintenance and proper pest control, the experience could be much better.
- Udayadittya (3/5): Disastrous! - The only thing likeable about this property is the staff. They are the ones manning the bar cum restaurant, always trying to help with a smile, prepare great cocktails and serve generously portioned, wholesome food. They’re the only saving grace of this property. Run-down room, stinking toilet, creaking beds, tired aircon, army of mosquitoes, noisy construction next door — the list is endless. It was such a pathetic experience that we cut short our four days’ stay by a day, foregoing a day’s charge.
- Matt (10/5): Perfect stay - Right on the water, can just walk down and swim with the sardines, not as busy as where the tours take you so was nice and relaxing. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing.
- Josh (10/5): -
- David (8/5): -
- Nikalx (7/5): Great location and views for the bars and sardines run, needs a bit of love - Great location and views.
Friendly and helpful staff Room and bathroom needs a renovation. Bit of paint will go a long way
The room was probably very clean but felt unclean because it's run down
- Johannes (8/5): SUPER TOP lokatie.

- Rayna (8/5): Loved our stay at Cafe Sabang. The hostess went out of her way to get us on the early boats for the underground river. A - The hostess was very helpful. The facilities are very basic but it’s great for the price.
- joel (9/5): Great location for snorkeling the baitball - This hotel is right in the middle of the action. It's a little noisy at night, but the noise seems to calm down when it's bedtime. This hotel is right on the water and steps away from the sardine bait ball, that Moalboal is so well known for. It's not a fancy hotel at all. It's a bare bones hotel, but by philippine standards, it's a good hotel.

- Robert (7/5): - The staff is awesome..the location is great..the building needs TLC, doors squeak, emergency lighting on the table? Lights don't work. No chair in the room .no place to hang anything, safe is small but works? Breakfast was very good. It has great potential. The building needs a lot of TLC.
the toilet was very low and had the wrong seat on it.
- DAIANE (3/5): A fugir - Funcionários simpáticos. A varanda é compartilhada.
- Jason (9/5): - Location was great. Directly offshore was the sardine run and the streets were vibrant with many bars anf cafes around the accomadation
- wendy (10/5): Great place to stay - Its right on the water snorkelling is amazing only 50 metres swim to see sardine run an turtles. The breakfasts were great and couldn't fault the staff. So friendly and. They went out of there way to help you. Snorkelling hire on site also.. our room had a huge deck overlooking the water a great place to sit and chill. Right in the centre of action. The room are a bit tired but comfortable. The staff more than made up for it.
- Steven (7/5): Pleasent - Great location Half the restaurant taken up by Korean BBQ
- Mithilesh (8/5): - Totally very good
Best view from terrace
- Tessie (8/5): Excellent🥰 - Facing the blue waters you can see the sardines and turtles and super friendly staff and the amazing balcony Cleanliness is okay. Could be better but not bad!
- Steven (9/5): extremely good I will be going back - The location was first class right on the water in the best snorkling spot in Moalboal can be a little noisy inn the mornings
- Ato (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (10/5): Exceptional - Staff were great.
- Randall (9/5): I liked this place and would stay there again - Fantastic ocean view! Snorkeling with sea turtles and sardines right on the doorstep. Staff were very friendly. Food and drinks available at the small onsite restaurant. Location is near everything you would need within walking distance. Any hotel in this area will experience a lot of noise at night from nearby music bars/clubs.
- Ric (8/5): Very good -
- Florian (10/5): Super Place to stay - directly at the ocean and everybody was super friendly.
We would go there again
- Gerardo (9/5): Superb -
- Geneva (7/5): Good -
- Jocelyn (1/5): The worst accomodation ever - The location in front of the beach, the rest could be explained by the pictures. Otherwise, there is nothing we like about this place. The pictures shown in booking.com are not what it looks like in reality. It is unfortunately the worst place we have ever stayed. We will never stay again in this place.
The location could have been a nice spot, there was no love or engagement invested by the host in this accomodation, you will see it immediately.
It needed to be clean properly, then this could have been a comfortable place.
The room is dirty, the entire place is not the same as presented in booking.com . The toilet seat is broken even the workers told us, the owner knew but doesn't care because she only look at it as expenses as per them. The walls, cielings have spots which could have been cleaned. I have spoken to the building owner Steve (not the host, apparently the host is just renting this place) of the building and complained about everything, I even informed our driver who is a friend of the host yet still she never cared though she was informed about the circumstances. I even showed the pictures from booking.com to have them compare it.
The toothbrush "drawer" is very dirty.
The aircon is old and very loud, it was even installed infront of a single bed (none of us sleep there).
There were cockroach coming from the wall outside the main door which are entering in our room.
On our last night only after I reported it to booking.com that this place isn't what is was showed in booking.com, the daughter of the host asked me if they could replace the broken toilet seat. I refused (for what? We are checking out tomorrow!)
I find it very unprofessional to blame the workers that nobody informed them about the complaint, about the broken toilet seat etc. It is just not reasonable. This is your accomodation and you don't know what was happening?
Plus we were told that there were several guest who were very unhappy, some even left on the same day.
We decided to stay and make the best of the circumstances.
- Alexis (1/5): Bad -
- Jessica (5/5): Passable - I like how it was in close proximity to the beach where we swam with the sea turtles and did the sardine run. The sea view was also spectacular!
The staff were very cordial, polite and helpful. We like how they serve good food right there, so we didn’t have to leave to get breakfast. Getting to the place was difficult especially if you have a van. Public transport wasn’t easily accessible. The room was not sealed off appropriately that you hear the noise from outside and that can be very frustrating when you’re trying to sleep. The mattresses were thin and the room was hot - bcoz the ac air seeps through the holes and unsealed crevices of the room.
- Aline (5/5): Passable - Great view You can hear everyone at the balcony and the wind is coming through the doors
- William (10/5): Loved my stay here wished I stayed longer - Great location spacious room There’s nothing to not like
- Tilly (8/5): Very good - Nice big room, good for the cheap price.
- Erica (8/5): Fantastic location, with a semi-private deck overload Panagsama Beach - The location was amazing and we loved the shared deck overlooking beautiful Panagsama Beach. There are steps leading to the beach right by the property. At low tide, there's a nice little sandy area. So fun to snorkel and see the turtles and sardines! There were many stores and restaurants within walking distance. Water machine (about 200 ml / 1 peso) just across the street. Also lots of tricycles (big enough to fit our family of 5) for quick trips into town. The restaurant downstairs was great and reasonably priced for the area. We always started off the day with a Filipino breakfast for under 200 pesos. The staff were friendly and offered to bring meals up to the deck for us to enjoy with privacy. There is also a separate Korean restaurant at the back half of the downstairs dining area. We found the beds comfortable with an extra mattress available if needed. Overall, the room furnishings are simple and unassuming, and we felt very much at home during our stay. We wish there was a fridge where we could keep water and drinks cold. At night, the living room sometimes smelled bad (possibly because of the pee trap drains not holding water properly - running the shower at night seemed to help with this). The bathroom floor was often wet because of the design and the shower curtain; would recommend a more absorbent bath mat to prevent the rest of the floor getting wet. Lots of ants, but that seems par for the course for this area.
- Grant (10/5): Fantastic 4 nights - our family of 6 loved it. There are only 2 rooms which we booked both and had the balcony entirely - Location - ocean front - you could spot turtles from the balcony - walk down the steps in front & swim with sardines & turtles.
- Jonalyn (7/5): Good - Place is spacious and a good location since the sea is just right beside it. It is near a lot of establishments to chill and party. Staff were also very helpful. It kind of gets hot in the living room area, no area inside the room where we can hang our wet clothes and the aircon in the sleeping area is not cold enough for a group of 5 like us who went.
- Honey (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The owner as well. Location was amazing, we could snorkel just out back of the property. Food was good and staff brought it upstairs to our lanai. We felt at home and we felt taken cared of. Will definitely stay here again. Please take care of the staff if you do stay. They are what made this place top tier.
- Sijo (7/5): Good - Very Spacious, Right in front of the beach Mosquitoes, Difficult to find, Need Maintenance
- Martins (10/5): Exceptional - - ideal location - wake up and drop in the reef waters with sardines and turtles;
- surprisingly large rooms, suited for a family or a group of friends - we much more preferred the stay here in comparison to any hostel;
- very helpful staff, especially the friendly owner.
- Claudia (7/5): Great location, ok room - Great location with nice balcony looking out onto the sardine run snorkelling beach. Nice staff. Hot water. Very run down property, beds weren’t the most comfortable. Because walls are thin, there is a lot of surrounding noise at night from bars.
- Tobit (10/5): Exceptional -
- Terina (5/5): Perfect location, but very problematic bathroom and amenities of the room. - The location was perfect! Balcony just above the beach! The toilet flash did not work properly. We had to wait for at least 20 minutes and pray that it would work….We could use the toilet of another room when it was free, but only during the day….At night it was a nightmare.
The roof had not real ceiling, windows and balcony doors could not close totally .
Balcony was supposed to be shared with another room, but suddenly 10 noisy strangers would come to our balcony ( not from the other room) …..
- Ayush (8/5): Best place to stay in moalboal. View from terrace is amazing. And the best thing is staff and the owner, very accommodat - Location and view from balcony Don’t have TV
- Rj (8/5): Very good -
