• Nick (8/5): A good budget option - A nice location, the room is simple but clean and well decorated. Aircon for this price is not normally supplied so this makes the place very comfortable for the budget. Not easy to find. They are not on Google Maps and the signage is ridiculous, too small and not in letters but in symbols! Also it is not light up so at night it very hard to spot. This is compounded by not having a reception and having to wait 10-15 minutes to get through to anyone. So plan ahead for your check in and make sure you have the phone number as nobody is there and they may take a while to respond. Its more like an AirBnB where you have to agree a time and keep in contact.

• Guest (10/5): comfy quiet stay in the middle of a hip and safe neighborhood. - Extremely quiet place in the middle of a secure part of town. Within steps from amazing restaurants that I walked to at night within 5 minutes alone. Shower is hot and the AC is cold. Juan Carlos was extremely kind and made sure I was comfortable. I'm a light sleeper and slept throughout the night until other guests leaving woke me up. This is out of the control of the host, but if you're a light sleeper, you cannot hear any noises from the street. The bed is on the harder side, but extremely reasonable for the price.

• jolanda (1/5): Terrible - Locatie I do have some complaints about our stay unfortunately. There is a dead cockroach next to my bed since our arrival. There is not even waterkettle in de kitchen to make a cup of tea. No furnace. There are not enough bathrooms/toilets for the amount of rooms. Only 1 with 1 shower and 1 toilet so if it is occupied you cannot go to the toilet. The hot water tab in the kitchen and in bathroom 5 do NOT work. The bathroom near the kitchen is ONLY burning hot water with half of the showerhead working. We adressed the problems, they changed our room to the room with bathroom (only cold water shower) but did nothing about the hot/cold problem. Said it was only a little cold. Not!

It doesn’t feel like a hostel, I would describe it as a shared house. The location is perfect, in an affluent area , only 3 minutes walk from all the restaurants and cafes. • Alelí Gael (10/5): Gran opción para viajar a solas en Laureles - La cama fue muy cómoda y tenía todos los servicios indicados (WIFI, baño privado, aire acondicionado, etc.). Quedé muy satisfeche con el espacio. Creo que para el segundo día habría aguantado un arreglo del cuarto por el personal de limpieza, pero nada del otro mundo.

• ENRIQUE (5/5): - A pesar de tener confirmada mi reservación no me respetaron nada. Me comuniqué con ellos por Whatsapp y señalaron que no tenían nada en su sistema y que no tenían nada libre sino días después. Nada ni pisé el establecimiento.

Sin duda alguna cuando vuelva me hospedaré nuevamente aquí. La zona muy segura incluso a altas horas de la noche, la ubicación muy central de todo, cerca a restaurantes, discotecas y demás.

The ventilation in the room is very bad as there is no external window. And the microwave downstairs is not working properly.
