Guest Reviews
- Dorota (6/5): - It was lovely however no Internet condition.
- Trini (9/5): Fantastic host in a great location - It was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The host was super nice and reliable. No complains really
- Andrew (5/5): Disappointed in the mis reporting ( misselling )of the facilities - Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, Property is advertised as a two bedroom, two bathroom , which why we booked it for my 99 yr old father and myself. He has limited mobility and the facilities of the property were advertised with a bath and a shower. Given the property was listed as two bathrooms it would have been ideal as we presumed one bathroom had a bath and the other had a shower. Unfortunately, the shower over the bath situation was a problem for my father as it was unsafe for him to use.
- Susan (8/5): A lovely quiet stay in a clean, comfortable and well appointed bungalow. - In December the park is very quiet, which I like. The only downside was the poor weather, but the owners can hardly be responsible for that. The bungalow is very well appointed, well equipped and comfortable. I liked the artwork very much, and the Christmas decorations were a lovely touch - thank you. Because of the heavy rainfall some water accumulated outside. We used a brush to clear this away to the best of our ability, but it may be an idea to provide an 'outside' brush for that purpose.

- Heather (9/5): Recommended accommodation - Kitchen well set up with everything you could wish for.
All the beds were very comfortable and every effort had been made to ensure no damp was there. Everything was perfect.
- Hannah (8/5): Lovely stay, great location and everything you need! - Bumbledink is a lovely little home away from home, with everything you need to self-cater and plenty of options close by for takeaway or eating out. It's in a great location, the holiday park has everything you need onsite including woodland walks and entertainment. It's a bus ride from St. Ives and a short drive to Penzance, Marazion and loads of other places! The restaurant's hours are different than advertised online, the only open 6:00-7:30pm in the evening, despite advertising 5:30-8:30pm online, which was inconvient to find out at 7:35pm and being refused service. Although this isn't a reflection on Bumbledink, but the John Fowler Holiday park.
- Sultana (9/5): excellent. - Loction was very nice. just live in the nature. house keeping.
- ClaudiaVanVuuren (9/5): - Excellent location - close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, 40 min drive from Land's End.
Easy check in process - just accessing a key safe.
Lovely owner - very clear directions to the unit, checked in with us regularly, and informed us about the easiest way to get to St Ives.
Lovely little chalet perfect for the 3 of us (2 adults, 1 child), with everything you could need for an enjoyable stay.
Access to the heated indoor pool and the John Fowler entertainment (great fun for the 6 year old!) The wifi was intermittent, but that didn't really bother us!
Only able to book the pool for 45 mins, once per day (this is just the way it works at the holiday park - not the fault of the owner of this property)
The rooms are small, as is to be expected on a holiday park.
- Javier (3/5): Poor - Amazing Location The place was dirty, dusty and smelly
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Octavian (7/5): Good - The location is stunning
- Joanne (9/5): Superb -
- Alina (9/5): Thank you, we had a lovely stay! - Perfect quiet location
- Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect, and the accommodation was perfect for our little family.
- Eliza (10/5): Perfect get away place - Very lovely. Clear communication and directions. Perfect stay for a get away. Great view to the forest. Very close to St Ives and Hayle, even penzance isn't far away. There's a bus leading out, so perfect for them days that I didn't want to drive. The path is on a little incline. No issue for us, just rough on rusty knees.
- Peter (8/5): Very good -
- Kay (9/5): Peaceful and cosy place in a great location - The quiet location. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I could possibly need and more. Bed was comfy and the heating in the property was easy to use. Christmas decorations were a nice welcoming touch. The only negative for me was the sofa. It is quite uncomfortable and sinks in the middle, definitely due to be replaced.
- Glee72 (9/5): Superb -
- Gemma (8/5): Ideal escape - Location was great - really dog friendly site; they sat and watched squirrels for hours! Bed was comfy and shower was really good The heating was difficult to manage and we got chilly; wouldn’t want to stay later into winter for that reason
- Davis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Angie (8/5): Lovely surroundings, comfortable and great location. - Location was great. TV packed up but was replaced very promptly! Everything we needed was in the property, facilities were good. The bathroom was very small.
- Martin (8/5): Very good -
- Neil (10/5): Exceptional - It felt like home from home. Very well equipped could not fault at all
As for location ,you can not get a better place .its a caravan park but set in woodland with woodland walks
Very dog friendly !!!
- Michelle (9/5): Superb -
- Jasmine (10/5): An amazing experience in woodland yet so close to the beautiful beach. - An absolute beauty of a spot! Being surrounded in nature, the birds, the different trees, all the home comforts, made a curry toasties spag bol the lot! I will continue to come back - I never knew Cornwall was such a magical place, my family and I felt so safe in bumbeldink, I was sad to come back to Bristol. The dog hairs, as much as I love the fact people get to take their dogs away, the dog who had last visited must of been a big fury chap.
- Gabriel (8/5): Very good - The location it's very nice for people don't need access to internet. No Wi-Fi no GSM signal
- Tejaswi (9/5): Superb - Located in John fowler's holiday village the apartment is in a quiet peaceful location surrounded by woods. It's a shame it was raining when we were there. Rooms were cosy, kitchen is equipped with all tools for cooking with a dishwasher. There's a launderette nearby. We were 5 guests but only provided with 4 towels. There were no toiletries. Also, no kitchen towels or foil, make sure to bring some. No wi-fi
- Zhu (10/5): Exceptional -
