- George (1/5): Not recommended for business travel. - Nothing It is in a very run down building. The building itself is filthy, although the apartment was clean. TV not working, only one curtain, so lack of privacy. Very noisy area. Tenants arguing at 4am one night.
- Rubén (1/5): Una estafa!!! - Nada No me gustó nada, fue una estafa, todo sucio y no había nada de lo que ponía en el anuncio...se estropeó el calentador y no fueron capaces de venir a arreglarlo no tuvimos que ir a un hotel porque no podíamos ni ducharnos, el anfitrión un jeta que no se digno a nada y encima nos robaron una toalla. No se lo recomiendo ni a mí peor enemigo.
- Jean (4/5): 感到失望 不满 - 位置比较方便 尊敬的Booking客服团队： 我们于[填写预订日期]通过贵平台预订了一间最多可容纳13人的大型公寓（订单号：6756.222.892，入住时间11.24-11.29），计划让所有同事共同居住。在完成全额支付后，入住前几天，房东在未与我们协商、也未提供任何补偿的情况下，单方面将预订更换为两间小型公寓。 实际入住后，我们发现情况更为严重： 两间小公寓均需与陌生人共享客厅，其中有一套还需要共享卫生间，完全无法保障隐私与便利； 公寓为自住性质，房东经常无法联系，且Wi-Fi无法正常使用； 原本计划入住8人，因居住条件不好，最终仅6人入住，严重影响了我们的行程安排。 相比之下，我们通过其他平台预订的另一处民宿，价格合理、设施齐全、整栋专属，体验远优于本次预订。 我们认为本次房东的行为严重违反了预订协议，且公寓实际情况与描述严重不符，已构成违约。我们强烈要求Booking平台介入处理，并为我们争取合理补偿，包括但不限于： 退还部分房费，以反映实际入住体验与价值的严重不符； 就房东单方面变更订单、未提供约定服务进行道歉与赔偿。 我们希望平台能重视此事，维护用户权益。 感谢您的关注与协助。
- Kerstin (4/5): - Es fehlt ein Dritter Stuhl zum sitzen. Überall schauen noch blanke Rohre aus den Wänden. Wir hatten leider nicht jeder ein 2. Handtuch. Der Fernseher ging nicht. Im Bad war das Fenster noch beschmiert von den Bauarbeiten als das Apartment renoviert wurde. Schönes kleines Apartment aber es fehlt die Liebe zu Detail.

- Alena (10/5): Napriek drobným nedostatkom bol celkový dojem z ubyrovania veľmi dobrý a radi sa vrátime. - Rozľahlý priestranný apartmán sa nachádza v centre pri mestských hradbách v tesnej blízkosti starého mesta. Byt je naozaj veľký. Náš mal dve spálne, kuchyňu/obývačku, vstupnú halu/jedáléň a veľkú kúpeľňu. Nábytok bol moderný a pohodlný, kuchyňa kompletne vybavená, v kúpeľni bola pračka. Komunikácia pri check-ine bola vynikajúca. Celkový dojem trocha kazili odpadávajúce závesy a ťažko manipulovateľné okná. Odporúčame majiteľom na tomto detaile popracovať.
