• Demetris (4/5): Not happy about it. - The location of the property was good. I could be in and out of the city centre in 15 minutes. The cleanliness. It could definitely use another cleanup before we got there. The bedroom linens were really worn out and had outlived their use. The shower was placed above the toilet seat. One shower would make the whole bathroom wet. No shower curtains, no bathroom mat. The room is inside another apartment, which gets noisy during the day. I notified the host, about the cleanliness and linens, and was left on 'seen'. Didn't even acknowledge my complaint.

• Ekaterina (8/5): - Мне очень понравилось STUDIO. Замечательная локация, супермаркет в 2 минутах ходьбы. Место просторное, удобное, светлое и чистое. Хозяин был дружелюбен и помог сориентироваться. Я всем довольна. Попросила бы добавить одно полотенце для кухни.

• Philippos (2/5): - The location only. The building is a disgrace. The common areas were dirty if not filthy. The area smelled awful , the air conditioning was working very badly. The shower room is a joke. That used to be a guest WC and they added a shower - just the mixers on the wall and a hole on the floor!!!!!! There were 2 shower towels and no face or hand towels at all!!!! It's the worst place I've ever been to.

• Paul (8/5): - Very spacious and clean. Nice balcony as well. The location was not too bad either with a supermarket and Zorbas around the corner but it was a way out from Limassol's centre which wasn't an issue for me as I had a car. Bathroom was odd. It's a wet room set up, which was jarring at first but you get used to it and I was only there for 2 nights. Area and location was a bit iffy, bit rundown and you share a hallway with other apartments but the apartment itself was very nice. Parking was odd to figure out as it wasn't clear where you could and could not park on that road.

• Walter (7/5): Great accomodation! - Very spacious, perfect communicatiin with host, very close to supermarket and relative close to beach and centre. In a residential area so very few traffic Shower is amost directly next to the toilet without curtain, makes toilet really wet. Streetnoise is quite loud

• Alexey (10/5): Highly recommended - The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. I loved the part with the bed and curtains. However, the kitchen area was quite basic, don't expect that you'll be able to cook there. It also had a very nice balcony with a sofa where you may hang out in the fresh air. The location is also nice – there is a Zorpas (a cafeteria) and Sklavenidis (a supermarket) just in a 2 minutes walk

Check-in went smoothly, and the host was always available and quick to help with any questions. Very satisfied, planning to come back

The location is excellent – everything you need is nearby, and getting to the city center is quick and easy. The peace and quiet made the stay even more enjoyable. The host was always available and promptly addressed any questions. I’m left with only positive impressions and will definitely recommend it to friends

• Yauheni (10/5): Exceptional - A very large studio looks like a one bedroom apartment because all the zones are divided. There is a living room, a bedroom and a private kitchen. There is also a large balcony which for some reason is not in the photo The wifi didn't work very well. But as I was told, it was the fault of the old provider
• Babakhanian (7/5): In general it was good except the wifi. - It was the same as in photos. It was clean and beautifully designed. Wifi was poor, and you need to go to 3rd floor by stairs.
