• Noemi (10/5): Torneremo sicuramente! - Mi è piaciuto molto il contesto in cui si colloca l’appartamento. Clima molto familiare e accogliente. Appartamento stupendo, con tutto il necessario. Pulito e confortevole. Se tornassi a Tenerife, sicuramente prenoterei di nuovo questa struttura, che ho sentito come casa. Comodo al centro e con ampia possibilità di parcheggio proprio di fronte.

• Liza (8/5): Mooi appartement en zwembad! - Prima locatie, ruim en mooi appartement. Fijne communicatie met gastheer. Zelf wc papier moeten kopen, geen koekenpan en theedoek aanwezig,
• Nadine (6/5): - Bett war bequem und Küche war gut ausgestattet. Im grossen und ganzen war es auch sauber gewesen. Waschmaschine war vorhanden und wir konnten eher in die Whg einchecken. Strassenlärm war sehr laut im Schlafzimmer. Einige Dinge waren Kaputt wie z.b Tür im Badezimmer ließ sich nicht schließen, klodeckel war kaputt und Haustürklinke auch kaputt. Es wäre schön gewesen wenn Geschirrtücher da gewesen wären und 1 Rolle Klopapier zum Start

• Sandra (8/5): Good apartment, great complex, close enough to main area’s - Apartment was as described in post and looked like photos, clean, comfortable, had what you need on holiday, liked that wifi was available within the room and Netflix as it good to be able to watch something after you come home at night, manager of the apartment was nice and helpful allowed us to drop off our bags on arrival due to early morning flight, we were also allowed to keep room for a few extra hour’s on departure day due to later evening flight, which was much appreciated as this is the reason I like to book private accommodation as it make more relaxed holiday for me so that you don’t need to be out super early on departure day, On arrival day apartment had to have a Plummer out for bathroom this was something to do with the toilet being blocked but this was sorted on the same day, no inconvenience to us either, as we dropped bags and went out as we arrived before checkin time, there was a smell of drainage for a day or 2 after which we used an air freshener for and this helped wasn’t an issue at all. Some shelves in the wardrobe to fold clothes ect as the drawer in the room has towels ect in them not much space left to put some of my clothing away

• Rikardo (7/5): lovely getaway to Tenerife - Firstly like to say we had great communication from the owner from start of booking until the lead up to our arrival. the owner was on WhatsApp if we needed advice on anything we needed. The clean apartment is within the Las Floritas holiday complex which is a 5 - 10minute walk to the beach in Las America’s. There is a supermarket outside the apartments (more expensive than others) eg hiperdino and mercadona. There is a small bar and snack bar on site by the pool which is run by lovely staff. Perfect place for a beer in the sun with great prices. The apartment is really easy to find on the second floor and overlooks the pool bar and reception area. The apartment is very well maintained with washing machine, microwave and oven with induction hop. You have access to a large screen TV with Netflix and high speed WiFi access with password on modem. The balcony has full table and chairs great for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine and has a clothes dryer. The bedroom is a great size and there is a duvet in the draws should you need it. The bathroom is lovely and modern with clean towels, there is a large shower but you need to be sensible as it is an open shower. There is a 24hr reception and this was for the holiday makers we didn’t need them and we always found them polite. you will receive two beach towels in you apartment which is a great addition and you can use the sun loungers on site for 1€ each. we will definitely stay at this apartment again as it’s in a great location and very affordable. We read comments about a smell coming from the bathroom, we noticed this but it was easily resolved by using bleach in the toilet. We was there for 7 nights and on day 5 only we did find some small cockroaches, this was reported to the owner and they said they was going to spray the apartment. Very quick response from the owner which we liked. we did read some comments about the induction hop and some pans not working on the hop, we also found that the small and medium frying pan did not work on the hop. The large one which we used did work and was perfectly fine for our stay.
• Gough (7/5): Cheap and cheerful - The Apartment had everything you needed. Clean and well maintained. There is an obvious issue with the drains. They are always slow draining. The showe is a nightmare. You have to switch it off every 2 minutes and wait for it to drain. And repeat this again and again. The toilet and sinks give off a foul smell every few hours. We only slept and bathed here tbh. The reception staff want nothing to do with you because you are renting privately. They even charged Us a euro to call a taxi on departure to the airport. They are quite rude.
• Roberta (4/5): Disappointing - Nice apartment, was easy to access the flat and had parking spaces mostly all of the time while I was staying Firstly the sun lounges next to the pool wasn’t free and you have to pay only with cash, which wasn’t mentioned in the description. Secondly some stuff like a pan which is not suitable for the induction hob was left at home which took me a while to understand why the hob doesn’t work and lastly check-out is 11am, unfortunately at 10:20 cleaning stuff is ringing to the door asking when I will leave, even when I said I will leave between 10-11am, so I had to rush to take all my stuff because lady was next to the door waiting to clean the apartment

• Regina (10/5): First time in Tenerife and when I return, I will definitely stay here again. - Before arrival the host was in contact with details required for checking in. The apartment was clean and had all the modern facilities required. It was so comfortable and felt safe. It is ideally located to the promenade, beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Perfect location for a solo or couple accommodation.
• Olga (10/5): I felt like I was living in my own cozy apartment - I loved the apartment so much! I felt like I was living in my own cozy apartment. Everything needed was available, this is very important. The bedroom windows overlook a quiet place, it was great to sleep! There is a lot of space in the hall, an excellent kitchen. Close to all the necessary shops, close to the beaches. Would definitely come back again.
• Robert (9/5): Had lovely comfy stay on pleasant apartments near to all amenities. - Modern updated property with all modern facilities including washing machine,oven and hob , fridge, Iron, all cooking utensils and crockery. Modern kitchen and shower room . Comfy double bed in bedroom and large bed plus Large bed setee. On well managed apartment blocks near to plenty of bars , restaurants and Supermarkets.About 15 mins walk to beach .
• Hlynur (3/5): Very bad - The toilet was not working and there was no service like said on site. Very bad smell. This is not a hotel but inside one so your not considered a guest. Its not 4 stars its 1. Then tried to charge for a broken toilet that was Just bad plumber job. I know because im a plumber. If you want to stay at a old people home with dirty sunbeds that dont even lift so you can tilt your head and clean yourself this is for you.
• Daniela (10/5): Excellent - Everything was wonderful. Quiet location, with a swimming pool, equipped with absolutely everything you need. Very close to the supermarket, restaurants and bars. It looks exactly like in the photos. Very kind host, always attentive to everything we needed. -
