It is excellently designed and decorated you feel comfortable, relaxed and right at home. It had only one bathroom

Will definitely be back here for our next stay at Aldinga Cupboards had not been vacuummed for a while (few bugs and spiderwebs) but otherwise everything was extremely clean and neat.

• Valerie (9/5): Best choice. Superb house, host and location. - Location was superb. 3 min walk to the local beach and conservation park, 10 mins drive to McLaren Vale wineries. The house was very clean, cosy, stylish and generously stocked with quality household items. Beautifully appointed decor. It would have been good to have internal door keys that opened up to the courtyard so that we could access it and make use of the outdoor table and chairs. Probably not a problem in winter but should be a definite in summer.

No tv in main bedroom , nice to have when your away. Car park in Driveway the tree drops an oil and fluff over the vehicle. Cleaned off easily though.

• Tarle (10/5): A wonderfully restful retreat that made us fall in love with Aldinga all the more. - It was just as described, a home away from home. All the small details were thought about and we felt we breathed easier as soon as we arrived. Every nook in the home was styled and scented. The home was a place for all senses to relax and unwind. We just loved it. The soft close drawer cupboards were temperamental, such a minor thing in the scheme of things though
• Liam (9/5): Beautiful relaxing beach house - This house has a beautiful, relaxed vibe. Walking in was like an oasis of cool calm - a great escape from the summer heat. Beds were comfy, everything was super clean, beach towels provided were lovely. Kitchen equipment all worked well, and nice that things like olive oil, salt and pepper provided for cooking. Weber BBQ in outside courtyard dining area was great. It's just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and to a huge nature reserve where you can walk through scrub / forest and see lots of kangaroos. Location also only 5 minutes drive to supermarket, so easy to stock up the huge fridge. Would love a proper washing line to hang beach stuff - not quite enough space on the rack provided. Beach closest to the house is open to cars (which is clearly a huge draw card for many people - very easy to cart all you need there, as most people do), but feels strange if you walk and everyone else has a car! A few mins north and there are beaches with no car access (and free parking in the parking areas!). Wherever you go, the water is clear and beautiful though.
