• EUGENIO (4/5): Un disastro - L'acqua calda è arrvivata alla doccia, per dieci secondi, soltanto la mattina della partenza. Non ho potuto fare la doccia. C'erano due tazzine da caffè man non c'era nè il caffè nè l'occorrente per farlo. C'era un minuscolo bollitore ma non c'era nè il the nè le tazze.

• RigoTom (7/5): Non mi ha fatto impazzire, premio posizione e gentilezza del proprietario - L'aspetto migliore riguarda la posizione. Avevo bisogno di un posto last minute in cui soggiornare per svolgere un corso a Coverciano e la stanza dista 8/9 minuti a piedi, un affare vedendo le alternative. Bagno e camera da letto sono spaziosi. Il proprietario si è reso disponibile a ritardare il check-in (comunque con un supplemento di 20€) ma in generale si è mostrato gentile nei miei confronti. Non ha a che fare con la stanza e neanche con la valutazione che ho dato, ma al ristorante del proprietario si mangia bene La pulizia del luogo, purtroppo, lascia un po' a desiderare. Le lenzuola a prima occhiata, senza andare con la lente d'ingrandimento, presentavano numerosi peli e/o capelli ben visibili, leggermente meno sulle federe dei cuscini. Anche il tappeto in camera da letto sembrava abbastanza sporco, ma non crea gran problema. Le tapparelle ad ogni ondata di vento si muovono o vengono scosse, provocando un fastidioso rumore durante tutta la notte. Getto dell'acqua della doccia molto debole, rende il processo abbastanza lento.
• altero (5/5): Qualità costo sostenuto troppo alto. - Il bagno perché di recente ristrutturazione, l'ampiezza della camera. La posizione rimane difficoltosa da raggiungere in quanto la posizione indicata su gougle era imprecisa, infatti abbiamo dovuto aspettare l locatario che ci accompagnasse. La stanza di vecchia fattura, aveva un bel balcone, ma la rumorosità elevata. Purtroppo anche l'acqua calda per tutto il soggiorno non è stata fruibile a causa di un presunto blocco caldaia. La temperatura della camera a Subito un forte sbalzo nella notte proprio per gli infissi non all'altezza, costringendoci ad aggiungere una coperta.
• Alessandro (5/5): Ormai come b&b si affitta tutto. - La cortesia ed educazione Dell host. Per il resto è una camera di una casa ricavata ed affittata con poca cura. Bagno senza asciugamani per il intimo, letto pessimo si sprofondata, caldaia malfunzionante.

• Jay (9/5): Beautiful View! - The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. You can see the hills overlooking Florence from there. We couldn't check in until 6:30pm, inconvenient but minor impact.

• Clare (9/5): Superb - The cleanliness was admirable. There were no drinking facilities such as coffee, sugar, dried milk. There could have been something to sit on other than the bed. There was definitely a safety issue in the bathroom because there was a step easy to miss. There should have been at least a sign on the door to warn people.
