• Sam (7/5): Fab stay - Had a lovely stay. Great facilities inside the house. Had a lovely stay but some areas let it down, paint work and carpet were shabby in areas and the sold sign out front was off putting. Miss matched chairs with dinning table that why very rickety. And the private drive is AWFUL!!! Avoid if you have a small low car, needs resurfacing.

• Gayan (9/5): Great value for money - Spacious rooms and overall the property was large enough to accommodate a large group with ease. The rooms were well spaced and the beds were comfy too. All the kitchen utensils were in place too. Loved the fact the parking was ample for two large cars as well. Beautiful garden views including the sea far away.

• Natalie (10/5): Beautiful house - Beautiful house. Perfect for us and a fabulous location. Upon arrival the dishwasher was full of unwashed crockery, the bins hadn’t been emptied and the kitchen wasn’t clean. We don’t want to be negative, it was clearly an oversight by the cleaning team and was resolved by ourselves in minutes but have to comment as was unexpected.

• Susan (10/5): Wonderful 50th birthday with family and friends - Plenty of space for everyone, lovely modern house, suited everyone of all ages, clean and tidy, plenty of parking The road to the house is private and in awful shape. Glad we had a minibus cos a car could get lost in some of the potholes 😂
• Vicky (7/5): Good - Spacious, modern, good size and good location. Kitchen cooking equipment could have been cleaner and surprised there was no complimentary shower gels, soaps, shampoos etc. Not many plug sockets in convenient locations to mirrors!
• Jason (9/5): A lovely high quality house in IOW to relax with friends. A car is recommended. - Excellent facilities throughout. clean, and a really great view. It’s a fair walk from Shanklin after a few drinks when taxis are hard to come by. Could do with another sink / bathroom upstairs. But it was exactly as advertised. These are not complaints.
• Melanie (9/5): Will stay again, house and views are beautiful, an excellent place to stay for a family gathering. - The location is amazing. Beautiful views across fields, and Shanklin town roof tops to the serene sea! So quiet, just the sounds of the countryside. The house is well equipped, comfortable furnishings, plenty of techno gadgetry. The hospitality/house keeping elements could be improved. Only four toilet rolls were left for 8 of us, and an empty box of dishwasher tablets. As I don't own a dishwasher, I didn't feel I wanted to buy a box for a three day stay. There was some food residue on some of the serving dishes, and a variety of large chips on the crockery. An item of clothing had been left behind in our wardrobe. The towels were rather small and thin. Considering the house is well appointed, I wonder if the owner knows the housekeeping is falling short?
• Gerard (9/5): Great home and enjoyed staying there. Definitely recommend it for families or larger group. - Amazing home with great views. Spacious entertainment area with all the facilities you need. The rooms are big and have plenty of bathrooms. There is enough parking available for multiple cars and a child friendly home. The access road is a dirt road and not well maintained.
