- Hristo Z (9/5): Great modern place within a stone throw of everything in Lozenets - This is a new and modern hotel near the party side of Lozenets. The host was incredibly hospitable and welcoming. They allowed me to check in 10:30am, way ahead of the normal check-in time. This was incredibly important for me, because I needed space to work from 11:00am. Speaking of work, there is a desk-like space with a chair which is big and comfortable enough for 2 days. WiFi was strong throughout. The room also has a bunch of small really thoughtful elements which are not luxury, but improve the experience so much, such as bottled water, kettle and coffee, a small fridge, etc. Lastly, I hugely appreciated the second door inside the room which closes off the lobby and makes it much quieter and more comfortable to sleep. This hotel is fairly central. You can walk everywhere, but they also offered free backyard parking for my car. Very convenient in the crammed central streets of Lozenets! The only thing I didn't quite like were the beds, but this is down to personal preference. I found the mattresses not very comfortable and a double bed was effectively two twin beds put together with a huge gap between them because of their protruding metal frames.

The only minor issue was that the room was on the ground floor and the "terrace" was located in the parking lot.

- neeeve (9/5): Nice building, big and clean apartment - Cleanliness, big rooms, great terrace with nice view, proximity to many places, new building, morning coffee strong wind noise during the night had to place towels at the door's bottom, kinda small bathroom for such big 5 people apartment, room furniture could be distributed better - a lot of wasted space, sofa too far from tv, building would benefit from an elevator

- Radostina (10/5): - The hotel is cosy, located on the main street of the village, near to the best restaurants there. E booked an apartment with two rooms and two bathrooms. The style is vintage, the atmosphere is welcoming and the coffee at the reception is unique.
- Hristiana Dimitrova (9/5): - Най-доброто място, в което съм отсядала в Лозенец. Топ локация, абсолютна чистота, просторни и модерни стаи. Отношението на персонала е чудесно, а кафе машината в лобито на разположение на гостите е супер удобство. Два пъти вече отсядаме във Vida, ще има и трети :)

The listing provides all of the mentioned amenities and we were super pleased with our choice. It was sparkling clean. The staff was super kind and understanding. Everyone staying at the hotel was so friendly and constantly smiling. I’d highly recommend if you are planning a trip to Lozenets! We will definitely visit again.

- Emil (8/5): - Локацията и наличието на паркомясто в двора на хотела, тъй като през лятото паркирането в Лозенец е истинско предизвикателство. Освен това от рецепцията ни дадоха подробни указания как да вземем ключ от апартамента (ползвахме един от двата пентхаус апартамента на 4-ия етаж) и дистанционно за бариерата към паркоместата в двора. Също така се наложи да звънна още 1-2 пъти за дребни неща (примерно за паролата за WiFi - оказа се, че я няма в апартамента, а е долу на рецепцията), като позвъняванията ми бяха след края на работното време на рецепцията, и всеки път ми се отговаряше много любезно. При вдигане на дъската на тоалетната чиния видяхме останали следи от нещо (вероятно недоглеждане при почистването), които се наложи да избършем.

- Atanas (7/5): Well located hotel with everything you need - The place has a great location. It is close to the main street and the people on reception are very nice. It was very clean. There was free bottled water for each person. It can get noisy at times due our neighboring rooms or the cleaning staff. I don't like the plastic bed covering /sheets. This is not the first hotel where we see this :(. The hotel has a parking but it is always busy so I recommend parking on the street. It is free.
