• Steve (10/5): Second time - This was my second stay in this apartment, and I returned because of how great it is. The views are amazing and it's very peaceful. The host is friendly and couldn't be more welcoming and helpful.

• rupanjali baranikumar (9/5): Amazing view of Thames river. - Fantastic view. Great location. Very close to tube station. Bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. There was no option of self check-in. Handwash and Body wash was not available. The apartment was quite cold on arrival and no thermostat visible. On arrival, the sofa and bed was quite damp including the carpet and pillows. Quite overpriced for the property.

• Marife (10/5): Lovely place to stay. Highly recommended... - Location is near O2 arena where my daughter and her friend attended the concert and me and my friend find a place to go to. Easy and near cable car, loads of small shops where we can buy what we need. Most especially nice lady Aby who handed us the keys and taught us where to get some stuff if we run out of supplies. Very approachable . Nothing. Everything met what we need.

The folks that showed me to the apartment were very nice and friendly, gave me all the info I needed and put me at ease. The views of the river are great, and I'm very happy with my stay, thank you.

• Heather (9/5): a great find - would definitely stay again. - superb location, very easy to catch an uber boat into the city. The view from the apartment were spectacular, from morning until night. The city scape was beautiful. Being a stones throw from the O2 and the excel centre it was a great location. Lots of dining options near by and mini supermarkets. The paint work could do with a freshen up in the master bedroom.

Check in was smooth, apartment was stunning, views of the river Thames . All sound proof, beds were comfy. Was clean but not spotless.Would definitely stay again.

• Daniel (8/5): Great location, view & apartment. Not great at checking in. - Great location right next to The O2 and lovely views of the river Thames. Good living room space. Even though I confirmed we were arriving at 3pm in the week, twice. We couldn't get into the building until 4pm because we had to wait for a guy to let us in, who we tried to get hold of for an hour. Not a great start with grandparents and a 5 month old baby. However they agree to an hour later check out as an apology, so that helped. They need new pillows and there's no washing up or dishwasher liquid so nothing to clean with. Not sure this is right, would just take your own.

• Annette (10/5): Excellent !! - This is the perfect location - a 5 minute walk to the O2 arena. The flat is well appointed, comfortable & spacious, a small balcony, amazing views across the Thames - spectacular at night. If you have not been to Greenwich before - that’s an experience in itself - amazing architecture, buzzing bars and cafes. Flat is a couple of minutes walk to a Tesco’s for essentials. Uber boat is literally outside the flat – fab way to go up to the city. 20 minutes on the tube to Leicester Square [1 change]. The host Shy was very responsive and helpful. He met us at the flat as arranged and guided us into the underground car park [£35 daily]and showed us around the flat. We were a family [parents, son and DIL] staying together, so it was super to be together in the apartment - but also have our own space and bathrooms. We would definitely stay again Nothing to complain about

• Kathryn33834 (9/5): Superb - The room we had originally booked was unavailable as there was a problem. However, we were informed promptly and offered an upgrade at no extra cost. Booking.com kept me informed on the day of everything that we needed to do upon arrival. It was difficult to judge the actual time we were arriving as we didn't know the distance from the station by taxi and the traffic was heavy, but when we arrived we were greeted promptly. We were met by a friendly member of the team who took us to our apartment and guided us through the facilities and showed us how everything worked. Great service. The room was missing coffee cups. There was only the one large mug so it wasn't a massive issue.

• Janice (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyed from start to finish. - the property was very clean and very well equipped, Gorgeous views from the balcony and windows. Very quiet and safe the property needs some long hanging mirrors so when you are fully dressed to go out you can check in a mirror. Also head/shoulder mirrors in the bedrooms to do your hair and make up- Not happy with the door lock it was faulty each time we went out it was a five minute delay with the key turning round and round and the door not locking wasting our time when we had to get to the shows.

• Alison (8/5): Beautiful Modern Apartment but Odd Owner - Beautiful apartment with wonderful views overlooking the O2 arena and the River Thames. Modern, clean and tidy. Very odd as the fellow who greeted us was keen to state that we should contact him and him only if we had a query and we must not speak to the conceirge at the apartment building (they were very friendly when we did chat to them). He said he would text the wifi code but did not do this. About a month before we were due to stay the owner of the apartment phoned to say they had double booked us, were we sure we would still be staying. I was very annoyed at this and told them I would only change any booking/payment directly with booking.com and cut off the call. When I called to say we would be a late arrival due to flights changes they asked us for £30 cash for a family member to come and let us in to the apartment. We were all very uncomforatable about this whole situation.
• Martin (10/5): a great find for the next time. - I recently stayed at Shypen Apartments in North Greenwich, London, and I have to say it was an excellent experience. The location is unbeatable - just a 2-minute walk to the O2 Arena, which was perfect for the UFC 286 event I attended. The apartment was also incredibly convenient to shops and various transport stations, including the train, bus, cable cart, and Uber boat. The owner of Shypen Apartments went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They even collected us from the city airport and pointed out handy ways to travel around London. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we were able to cook our meals easily during our stay. The beds were also very comfortable, and we all slept well. check-in and check-out were a breeze. They were always available to answer any questions we had and provided great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Overall, I highly recommend Shypen Apartments for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in North Greenwich. The location, amenities, and staff make it an excellent choice, and I would definitely stay there again. no much else to say, it was great.

The staff are really friendly and they took their time to show us around the apartment which is helpful. The apartment is right next to O2 arena which is 2min walk and 1min walk to Tesco supermarket. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment for anyone visiting 02 or for relaxation around the area. Book this apartment and thank me later.
• Rebecca (4/5): Minimal accommodation in Amazing location - - Amazing view - Great TV with Netflix & YouTube - Perfect location for O2 - Shops and eateries close by, Tesco express round the corner and open till 11pm - Enormous apartment for location. - 2 bathrooms This property is pretty good. But I feel like the people who own it maybe are new to renting it out and could do with brushing up on some things so I hope my feedback is taken seriously - Met at property by two impersonable men, not very friendly and stand offish. - There was no need for both gentlemen to escort us to the property. We were asked if we wanted a tour. We said no and were told  'Well I need to give you one anyway'. It was uncomfortable and awkward. If I had been travelling alone I would not have gone up. - Would benefit from more simple amenities. I would suggest tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. - The main shower didn't work and the water goes over the top of the shower screen we had to turn it off straight away. - The walls and floors are a bit grotty, could use a deep clean. - We found condoms dotted about including a used condom in the main bathroom bin. This was our main issue. We did not expect to see other people's rubbish, especially not intimate rubbish and it made us question the cleanliness of the flat. We did also find hairs etc. - The advert said check in from 15:00pm and check out before 12:00am. It wasn't until a couple of days before our arrival that I was told check in should be before 19:00pm and check out by 11:00am. By then I had already booked my trains from northen England. I tried to get there by 19:00 as they wanted, but I couldn't control my train times, I was late and got some brusque pushy texts about it. If check in is between two times this should be clear at the booking point. - The kettle needs cleaning or replacing, the filter was bogging and I had to clean it. Unfortunately more cons then pros on this occasion but the place has real potential for people going to 02 so hopefully my feedback is used to improve. Thank you for our stay.
