Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 7 per person or bring their own. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Electricity usage is charged extra at 0.50 KWh per stay when used. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 35 EUR per pet per stay applies. Pavel (9/5): Superb - Amazing cottage with a lot of room, great kitchen, excellent communication with the host, great sauna, overall a really nice experience. Small problems with the shower (Small pressure, too hot or too cold, nothing in the middle).
