The property owner phone number (line not accessible)& message (not reply at all).
Even the booking.com customer service not able to contact property owner.

On the night of my stay, I attempted to contact your service approximately 16 times, but no one answered the phone. Until now, I have not received any apology or explanation for this lack of responsibility.
As a result of your unresponsiveness, I was not given the room number or room key, which left me stranded late at night. Eventually, close to midnight, I was forced to find another hotel to stay in and had to pay an additional amount, causing unnecessary financial loss and distress to my trip.
This experience was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. I am very disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of accountability shown. I expect a proper explanation and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and extra expenses I incurred.
I look forward to your prompt response. I want to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service provided by Maxim Service.
