Esther (8/5): Goed gelegen appartement voor leuke uitstapjes naar Düsseldorf en Keulen. - De ligging is erg goed en het appartement is lekker ruim. De hoeveelheid warm water in de keuken was beperkt. In de badkamer was ruim voldoende warm water beschikbaar. Het elektronische slot op de deur van het appartement is soms wat lastig te openen.

Benoit (10/5): Très belle découverte dans un bel appartement. - L’emplacement pratique pour visiter la région . Une très belle vue. Le confort et la taille des pièces qui sont hyper grandes. Appartement rénové avec du goût. Parking gratuit à côté Dans un Burg hyper mignon . Je dirais que il faudrait penser à remettre un point de lumière dans la cuisine côté évier car pas assez éclairé. La lumière de la hotte côté plaque d’induction ne marchait pas non plus. Pensez également à mettre à disposition quelques dessous des plats . Côté chambre il faudrait des cintres

Rene (5/5): - Zugang per Self Checkin Die Fotos sind wirklich aus dem perfekten Winkel aufgenommen. Vor Ort bot sich uns eine eher nüchterne Unterkunft. Kamin war nicht sauber. Kein Kaminholz für zumindest mal ein Feuer am Anreisetag. Zudem war die Küchenausstattung schlecht. Kein Abtrockentuch vorhanden. Nicht zuletzt waren die Abflüsse im Bad beide ziemlich verstopft.

Janna (8/5): Angenehm mit kleinen Problemen. - Die Wohnung ist klein, aber stilvoll eingerichtet. Fast alles hat funktioniert. Es war sauber. Im großen und ganzen waren wir zufrieden, aber zur Verbesserung haben wir noch paar Vorschläge. Das sind die Sachen, die verbessert werden sollten: Im Eingangsbereich stehen Müll-und Wäsche-Säcke. In der Wohnung selbst fehlen für die dritte Person (wir haben für 3 Personen gebucht) Geschirr- und Besteckteile, auch Kochtopf und Salatschüssel. Die Dusche war leider schon am Anfang weitgehend verstopft, so dass das Wasser kaum ablaufen konnte. Fur 3 Tage und 3 Personen waren nicht genug Kaffeekapseln vorhanden (nur 4 Stück) . Zum Glück war das gute Café Meyer gegenüber offen. Und zum Schluß, am Abreisemorgen, als wir zum ersten Mal die Geschirrspülmaschine starteten, waren nach kurzer Zeit Warnsignale zu hören, und Schaum quoll heraus.

ELKE (7/5): - Moderne Einrichtung ,sehr bequeme Betten, Die Sauberkeit war nicht ok . Müllsäcke auf der Terrasse. Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht ab . Wir mussten die Haare der Vorgänger selbst entfernen. Eklig. Der Backofen war sehr dreckig und fast das gesamte Geschirr war kaputt oder angeschlagen.

Paule W. (6/5): - Die Wohnung war okay. Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter hat nicht funktioniert. Es gab nur standardisierte Anwendungen und Antworten in englischer Sprache. 4x habe ich nach einer Rechnung gefragt und nicht einmal eine Antwort darauf erhalten. Kamin gab es auch nicht. Die Terrasse habe ich auch nicht gefunden. Den Blick auf das Schloss aus der Unterkunft gibt es auch nicht.
