• Milana (10/5): Affordable clean stay - The Homestay is really nice and clean. Rooms are new (not outdated like at a lot of other places in Kuta). View from our room with balcony was super great. Hosts are also lovely and kind. Not very negative but keep in mind that it’s located a bit away from city center (20 mins walk). If you can ride a scooter that shouldn’t be a problem, it’s only 5-7 mins, host can give it for rent. Last 500m road to homestay is a bit dusty and bumpy, but not a big deal

It’s bad even in dry weather, and dangerous at night or during rain. - The room is extremely small — barely enough space for one person. No wardrobe, shelves, or even hangers, so all belongings have to stay in the suitcase. - The air conditioner barely works. There is almost no difference whether it’s on or off. - The toilet is faulty and leaking. - Towels are very old and worn out — they should have been replaced long ago. Overall, not recommended.

Situated jn a developer's dream location, your journey to the property passes rows of future dream investments slowly comming to life - don't worry about missing them, the road surface allows little more than a slow crawl. If the pot holes and rocks distract you from the vista as you drive, never fear. Once you finally manage to find Isirela, you'll be treated to front row seats of your own constitution show.. a mere 20 meters from your room - magnificent!! Relax and unwind to the sound of progress, and rejoice in the endless melody of Lombok succumbing to the brute force of concrete, hammers, drills and grinders, infusing in the heady mix of dust and cigarette smoke as you do. Humm, the dark and musty room was a bit of a downer :(

• Paulina (10/5): Really good stay - It looks just like the pictures. The room is small, with a desk and one chair. The mattress is really comfortable. The bathroom is good, with a nice shower, and they provide bath towels. There is air conditioning. Outside the room, there’s a nice sitting area with a low table and two seats. The kitchen looks fully equipped (I didn’t use it), there is a good fridge, and is shared with the second room. The owners are very nice. The only downside is that the access is a bit difficult, as the road to get there is a rough dirt road.

I know this has nothing to do with the room itself BUT there are 4560 roosters and 245 loud dogs wandering around at night so get your best earplugs! and to get to the place, it is an off road.

Les hôtes sont très gentils, accueillants et vous aident si besoin. Le petit déjeuner est proposé en supplément. La chambre était bien équipée, avec un distributeur d'eau chaude et froide juste devant, très pratique. Je recommande!
• Laura (7/5): Solide Unterkunft - Die Unterkunft war sauber und das Personal, sowie die Nachbarschaft, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Gute Lage! Nahe zum Stadtzentrum, aber abseits vom Trubel. Leider zu wenig Ablageflächen. Die Unterkunft zeigt Abnutzungserscheinungen. Das Waschbecken und der Wasserhahn waren lose. Duscharmaturen stark verkalkt. Es stinkt aus dem Abflüssen.

Le logement semble plutôt neuf, confortable et propre ! C’est à 5min en scoot de Kuta mais attention petit chemin de terre pour y arriver car les alentours sont en travaux.

• Eduardo (6/5): Regular y desesperante - El alojamniento en si en cuanto a la habitacion estaba muy bien, muy limpio y cómodo Está a unos 5/7 minutos en moto del centro de Kuta, y el camino para acceder al alojamiento es complicado. Además, es insoportable y roza el límite de la paciencia los ruidos de los animales. Desesperante es poco lo tantísimo que se escuchan los gallos vecinos, las vacas, los perros peleando… insoportable. Además de todo eso, el host del sitio no contesta nunca a los WhatsApp, ni para el desayuno ni para cualquier duda que tengas. Tened en cuenta que por la noche cierran con candado la puerta y no podéis ni salir ni entrar como sea un poco tarde.

Le contact a également été efficace et rapide avec notre hôte. Il y a des travaux sur la route qui mène à l’hôtel, il y avait donc pas mal de poussière.

De afstand naar het centrum is net iets ver om te lopen, maar met een scooter ben je er in een paar minuten.

La limpieza es buena, el baño completo y no te duchas encima del inodoro como en la mayoría de alojamientos. Se colaban insectos en la habitación pero al final es normal durmiendo rodeado de naturaleza.

• Serena (10/5): - la casa si trova a 5 minuti in scouter da kuta, questo per me è un gran vantaggio se si cerca tranquillità, kuta è molto turistico , pieno di negozi e ristoranti ed è comunque vicino alla struttura se si ha uno scouter. la camera è pulita e dotata di ogni comodità, colazione con un prezzo di 2 euro ottima,. ho potuto affittare scouter direttamente con struttura ad un prezzo super competitivo e mi hanno anche permesso di lasciare bagaglio grande quando sono andata per qualche giorno alle giri island. Lo staff davvero gentile e pronto ad aiutarti sempre Per raggiungere la casa bisogna fare 3 minuti su una strada non asfaltata ma è perfettamente fattibile ed io non sono un'esperta conducendo scouter. L'unica cosa che secondo me la struttura dovrebbe offrire è caffe e te gratis, cosa che molte altre strutture fanno mentre qui fanno pagare, detto ciò il prezzo per caffe è davvero basso.

• Luqman (10/5): Amazing cute homestay in a hillside authentic village outside of Kuta - Amazing place, lovely, cute, authentic homestay up a hill path in a village just outside of the main Kuta street. The room itself is cozy, clean, and has a nice little outside garden. The people are so lovely and have such big hearts. There is also a small masjid a few minutes away, so perfect for Muslims. I love this place so much! Thank you

We also rented a scooter for a good price. There’s a dirt road to access the property which made driving a bit difficult especially if you are not experienced, it’s a bit too far to walk. We stayed one week and they didn’t clean once, this made it a little dirty, you have to pay 50k for cleaning. There was some construction- didn’t bother too much but was there. Also a lot of bugs, spiders etc.

Location de scooter et laundry pas cher. Il n’y a aucun rangement dans la chambre, c’est dommage. Il faut savoir qu’il y a de nombreuses constructions juste à côté des chambres. L’environnement n’est donc pas très beau et agréable. Mais surtout, les travaux commencent tôt le matin et peuvent être bruyants. Le logement se situe au fond d’un long chemin de terre.

Kamer is simpel maar schoon, vooral ingericht om er te slapen. Het heeft een goede badkamer! De locatie bevindt zich een beetje buiten het (soms) drukke Kuta. Dat vonden wij persoonlijk wel prettig. En lekker ontbijt!
• Thomas (10/5): Nah an Kuta & neue Zimmer - Sehr netter Aufenthalt & unglaublich nette Gastgeber. Fühlt sich an wie ein Homestay, aber dennoch ausreichend Privatsphäre. Ist alles noch relativ neu & somit auch noch gut in Schuss. Zimmer sind einfach gehalten. In unserem Zimmer war das WLAN extrem schlecht - eigentlich nicht vorhanden. Dies ist allerdings laut dem Gastgeber schon in Arbeit.

The room was comfortable, and I appreciated having good WiFi. The homestay is situated in a quiet area, making it very relaxing place to stay. The hosts were welcoming, and the property offers easy access to nearby attractions and the airport. Overall, a good choice for anyone visiting the area.

• steffan (10/5): Nice budget stay in Kuta - Simple simple place but brand new which is great. it's on a family property so it's like a homestay basically. i think there's only two units total in the side building next to the family home. Great breakfast at 30.000idr. Could rent a motorbike. 5 minutes and you're everywhere in Kuta. He even drove me to the airport after my stay. the price of it all is great for a private room of course. privacy is good considering it's on the family property. facilities could use like hair dryer or water boiler would be great.
