K.P. aus Bremen (8/5): Schönes und neues Appartment mit Schwächen. - Das Appartment ist groß und verfügt über große und bequeme Betten Die Küche war miT Backofen, 4- Plattenherd und einem Kühl-/Gefrierschrank versehen. Ein ausreichend großer Balkon war vorhanden. Das neu eingerichtete Appartment hatte sogar 2 TV Geräte, eines mit Google-TV. Die Ortigia kann man bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Supermärkte ebenfalls nur etwa 200 m entfernt. Zugang zum Stockwerk mit Schlüssel und zum Appartment mit Keycard. Leichter Kanalgeruch im Bad. Die Küche war weniger als nur minimalistisch ausgestattet. Wir verstehen nicht, warum zwar beschichtete Pfannen zur Verfügung gestellt werden, aber kein Pfannenheber dabei war, Insbesondere keiner aus Kunststoff oder Holz, der das Zerkratzen der Pfannenbeschichtung verhindert. Auch ein Stopfen im Spülbecken hat gefehlt, was zum Spülen bei laufendem Wasserhahn nötigte. Ein Brot- oder Gemüsemesser haben wir auch vermisst. Ebenso war das Erhitzen von Milch zur Milchkaffee Zubereitung kaum möglich, weil ein kleiner Topf fehlte und zudem (für uns erstaunlich) keine Mikrowelle vorhanden war. Geschirrspüler war auch nicht vorhanden. Unsere Beanstandung wurde "mit Interesse" aber ohne Reaktion entgegengenommen. Preis zu hoch für dieses Appartement.

Carmen (7/5): - Ci siamo trovati bene durante il nostro soggiorno nella struttura. La posizione è centrale e comoda per muoversi, perfetta per visitare la città. L’host è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Miriana (9/5): Settimana fantastica in una città fantastica e un appartamento… fantastico, tutto super funzionale. Posizione dell’appar - La posizione ottimale e la cura anche se minimal per l’appartamento, tutto molto funzionale
Antonio (9/5): 3 notti a Siracusa - Struttura nuova, moderna e confortevole. Posizione magnifica, 5 minuti a piedi dall’ingresso pedonale di ortigia in una zona molto tranquilla e ricca di parcheggi. Tutto il necessario era presente, come indicato e la proprietaria estraneamente gentile e disponibile. Ahimè dal bagno sale una forte puzza di fogna, che però sembra essere presente in tutto l’isolato, quindi credo non sia un problema esclusivamente della struttura. Per il resto niente da segnalare

Tak (9/5): Spacious apartment near bus station - Decent location near the bus station and short walk to Ortigia. Pretty big apartment, has two bedrooms, comfortable bed. It was fine for a three nights stay, great value for what we paid. Had trouble accessing the apartment, the code provided to open the building door didn't work. Also, need to walk few flights of stairs and the corridor lights switch off after a minute. The shower was small and the door was hard to open/close. TV has no English channels.
