• Thomas (6/5): - Location is very convenient, near public transport but still quiet neighbourhood. The heating works very good, which is important during winter in Oslo. Cleaning should be improved. More picture frames of the wall were empty, which feels unwelcoming.

• Patrycja (8/5): Polecam, jednak warto mieć na uwadze hałas (zwłaszcza w weekend) - Lokalizacja pod kątem położenia w mieście jest naprawdę świetna. Dojazd do centrum praktycznie możliwy w każdej chwili. Wokół pełno sklepów, a okolica jest cicha i spokojna. Wygodne łóżko, bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczyło mnie wyposażenie w postaci kawy, przypraw i innych drobnych rzeczy. To bardzo miłe w takiej cenie! Właścicielka to bardzo miła oraz pomocna osoba. Niestety pod mieszkaniem znajduje się bar - w piątek i sobotę było naprawdę bardzo głośno, mieliśmy problem ze snem. Nie jest to zależne od właścicielki, ale warto mieć to na uwadze, bo nie ma tego w opisie. My jesteśmy młodzi, jakoś się wyspaliśmy, ale jak ktoś przyjedzie z dzieckiem to może mieć ciężko… Z baru unosi się zapach zielonych papierosów i to dość intensywnie.

• Valérie (5/5): - L’appartement est situé proche de l’arrêt de tramway et est bien équipé. C’était propre. Le propriétaire de l’appartement a laissé des vêtements dans le placard, de la nourriture dans le frigo et plein d’objets en désordre dans un placard. Aussi, les modalités d’arrivée n’étaient pas claire, nous avons dû appeler le propriétaire pour entrer dans l’immeuble (comme ce ne marchait pas, on a attendu que quelqu’un entre ou sorte). Dans la cuisine, une odeur de cigarette était très présente.

La ducha perdía agua y estaba todo mojado. Comida de anterior inquilinos, ropa de alguien....

• Radka (9/5): Cozy and very affordable apartment - Very cozy and perfectly located - really well connected by public transit and just a few steps from the tram, bus and metro stop. Walking distance from Vigeland’s Park. Very quiet yet with shops and restaurants nearby. And nicely heated all the time. WiFi working well, comfy bed.

• A (7/5): Good - I needed to be in a specific suburb for work, other than that I would have chosen differently. The washing machine didn't exist, the internet/wifi (same as other reviews for property) never worked. Smoke from the pub downstairs gets in ALL THE TIME. If you like fresh air then don't stay here.
• Natalia (10/5): Enjoyed our stay! - At first, after reading some reviews I was getting worried that I booked poor accommodation, however thankfully none of those fulfilled. It was warm, quiet (!), all needed facilities were present. Flat is bit worn, but the price was adequate! Nothing
• Brett (4/5): Disappointing - The location was very convenient. The flat was clean. Advertised as having WiFi, and washing machine in the flat . These were two things I needed for my trip. WiFi wasn’t working and there was no internet connection. This could not be fixed during my stay. Also meant there was no TV as it needed WiFi. There was no washing machine in the flat. It was a shared machine in basement of building and booking was necessary. I had to go to a friend’s flat for WiFi and washing machine. The flat itself is quite “tired”. The light in the hallway was blinking and hanging out of the ceiling so you could see wires. There was noise at night - the flat is above a pub.
• Jelizaveta (2/5): Extremely noisy and dirty. - The only advantage of this apartment I think is the excellent location. Very close to the city center, just a minute to the metro station Majorstuen, and many different shops in the area. 1. Let's start with the fact that the apartment is on the second floor, and right below it on the first floor is a pub called "The Pub". The pub's opening hours are listed on Google until 01:00 at night, but in fact, both days that I was in the apartment (Friday, Saturday) the pub closed only at 3 am. Accordingly, if you are going to Oslo to hang out and come home by morning, then these apartments may suit you. If you want to relax and go to bed by 01:00, this place is clearly not for you. Constant loud music, the pub door slams so hard that you flinch from the sound. It is impossible to open the window, it is so loud, as if the whole party moved to your apartment. Also, people are constantly smoking under the windows, the smoke goes into the apartment. 2. Let's continue with the fact that the apartment most likely wasn't even cleaned thoroughly, but I want to believe and hope that at least the bed linen was clean. In the bathroom there was a basket with dirty towels, most likely from previous guests. The towels that were intended for me were clean, but with dirty brown stains, apparently they weren't washed off well. On the table in the room there was a flower, next to which lay a champagne cork and someone's hair tie (all wrapped in someone else's hair), which looked a little disgusting. The dining table was greasy and dirty, I had to wash it several times before sitting down to eat. The oven also hadn't been cleaned for many months, maybe even years, it was covered in a thick layer of grease. 3. I'll finish by saying that unfortunately I can't find a button to attach photos to actually show what's going on in the apartment, but take my word for it, they're not worth the price, I wouldn't go back there even for free.
