• Sandra Maria (7/5): - The space is good size especially for a solo traveller, bed very comfy, parking included, everything well explained with additional useful information: The pizza by El callejón was fantastic and thanks to the stay I discovered a beautiful & very well presented San Bartolomé! The place is quite humid and because it was a rainy day it felt cold. My sleep is light; I am very susceptible to noises and I could hear the neighbours when closing car's boots+doors and walking around.
• monica (6/5): Potrebbe migliorare - La posizione comoda , il parcheggio gratuito , macchinetta del caffè inclusa . Sono arrivata in struttura alle ore 14 ed il check in era alle 15 , per accedere un’ora mi prima alla stanza ( che era pronta ) mi è stato chiesto un plus di 30€ perché doveva venire una persona ad aprire . Trovo un po’ assurda la cosa, anche io affitto case in Grecia e se un’ospite arriva una o 2 ore prima e la stanza è pronta non chiedo extra . Per il resto stanza bella, spazi sfruttati male secondo me e tantissima umidità. Io sono stata sfortunata perchè ho trovato una settimana fredda e piovosa .

• Anne-Marie (8/5): - Chambre agréable et confortable pour une nuit, au calme, au premier étage. Situation centrale à San Bartolomé. Nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner ( bouilloire, machine à café, plateau avec tasses et couverts) ainsi qu'un frigo.

• Sonia (8/5): - El alojamiento está bastante bien para el precio.. Es tranquilo, aunque eran las fiestas no se escuchaba mucho. La cama es bastante cómoda. El baño tiene bastante espacio para guardar las cosas. En check out es demasiado temprano. El parking deberían de pintar el número para ir más directamente y no tener que analizar la foto.
• geraldine (7/5): - Il y a un parking gratuit pour se garer juste en bas de l’appartement. Chambre agréable pour un court séjour, 20min de la plage, et d’une ville animée pour le soir. Le bruit des voisins !! Literie pas très confortable, mais pour un court séjour ça dépanne. Beaucoup de messages WhatsApp, pour le départ avant 10h alors que c’est bien notifié lors de la réservation.

• Loredana (3/5): - La ducha.....pq era lo único que estaba en condiciones El mando de la televisión no funcionaba 🤦‍♀️.había que levantarse para cambiar de canal ...la cisterna del wc perdía agua...no paro en toda la noche de hacer ruido...tuvimos que cierrar el agua....y lo mas orible...fue el colchón...no se ni como conseguí dormir un poco ..y ademas había que dejar la habitación antes de las 10..🤦‍♀️..... la habitación muy pequeña no te puedes ni mover.....con razón dejaron notitas de no cerrar las ventanitas ...(.lo digo asi porqué eran unos cuadrados de unos 20 cm )....pq si no...no se puede respirar dentro ......

• Sofia (1/5): Horrible - Je me suis fait agressée et insultée par l’hôte par message. Très déçu de l’attitude de cette personne.
• Enrico (10/5): Extremely recommended - We liked that everithing has been extremely easy, from getting in touch with the management to all the instructions that they gave us. We arrived late, around midnight but all the instructions were so clear that we have gotten the location and our room easily. We don't have any complains
• Nia (9/5): Great little place not far from the airport. Tiny, but almost everything you need! - Cute little apartment. Juice and coffee provided for breakfast. A bit tricky to find, the town is quite small with not much food choice, but great teleclub for dinner in Morzaga a few miles away
• Julian (5/5): I would look for an alternative accommodation - I felt that the owner was not friendly, rude and pushy about filling forms that other places never mentioned. More concerned about telling us what we must not do than welcoming us.

• Andreja (8/5): Very good - The accomodation was very cosy, ut even had terace. In case you are not connected to internet all the time it is diffixult to get necessary details. But despite that it was managable.

• Brendon (2/5): A host I wouldn't wish on anyone. - The host responds to your questions promptly and provides information about the accommodation before your arrival. All attractions on the island are within a 40-minute drive. A spacious balcony, which is shared (!) with a neighbour. Iron, ironing board Affordable price Kind neighbours Among the disadvantages of this accommodation, I would include that the host was not very friendly and had some peculiar rules. For instance, there was only one blanket cover, which can be inconvenient if you're not traveling with your partner. Additionally, there was no air conditioning in the building, which is problematic in the summer due to the heat, and during other seasons, the evenings can get quite cold inside. One of the rules stated that we should only open the window while showering. However, during our stay, the host knocked on the door and told us to open the window, which I found intrusive since this is a self-contained apartment where you don't expect the host to intervene. Another rule we "broke" upon leaving was leaving behind a hairspray, mayonnaise, and butter, despite the host emphasizing that it is strictly FORBIDDEN to leave trash in the accommodation after check-out. My question is, where were we supposed to dispose of our trash if we weren't informed about where to put it upon departure? I would also highlight that while free parking is listed on Booking, the apartment's private parking lot was not accessible, and we could only park on the street. This wasn't a problem, as we could always find parking within a 5-minute walk. However, had I known that parking is free everywhere in Lanzarote (at least in the areas I visited), this accommodation would not have had any advantage over others. Overall, I wouldn't return to this accommodation—not because of its size but because the host's attitude was off-putting to me, and judging by the reviews, I'm not the only one who felt this way.
• Sarah (9/5): Sweet little apartment - Very clean and well equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. Comfy bed Apartment is on the first floor, which I should have realised from the photos. Obviously this meant carrying luggage upstairs.

There's plenty of parking space around the building. There's a coffee machine with capsules. The room is very small and a bit dark but it was okay for a short stay.

Got a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival, which was a sweet gesture. The little terrace offered a nice view of the volcanos. Highly recommend!
• Marlene (9/5): Lovely room with convenient self check in - Easy and convenient self-check in and everything you need for a short stay. Nice and clean bathroom and I appreciated the kettle and fridge. Communication with the friendly host was through WhatsApp which was convenient for me. Location is in walking distance from village stores and restaurants. The room is quite small and doesn't provide much daylight. It was convenient for one person for one night but for a longer stay or with two people it might be a little less comfortable.

• Marina (9/5): Cozy apartments in a nice location - Nice apartments. Near the airport. A lovely welcome, we were greeted with a bottle of wine. Coffee and tea were available in the room. Juice and water in the fridge. There is always a place for a car in the nearby streets. We are fans of active recreation. We were glad that there was after-sun lotion in the bathroom. The bed size could be bigger. The bed mattress is not attached to the frame, if accidentally pushed, it slides far...
