• Claudia (7/5): Katastrophaler Umgang mit Gästen - Die Lage des Hauses war super. Wir hatten genug Platz und es gab an Inventar alles was man brauchte. Für ein Wochenende zu sechst genau passend und ausreichend Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war sowohl vor der Anreise als auch insbesondere nach der Reise katastrophal. Statt einer sachlichen Klärung zur Verschmutzung des Hauses durch Hundehaare und nicht sauberer Bettwäsche wurden wir als Gäste beschimpft, als Lügner dargestellt und unsere Bilder als „nicht echt“ bezeichnet. Zudem wurde behauptet, der Meldeschein läge nicht vor, man würde uns bei der Behörde melden und wir seien „typische Gäste“, die erst Schnitzel essen und sich danach beschweren. Ein derart respektloser Umgang mit Gästen ist absolut inakzeptabel.
