Johannes (10/5): Sehr liebe Besitzer - Sehr liebe Gastgeber, die mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen. Wirklich sehr sympathisch. Ich hatte der Besitzerin erzählt, dass ich etwas erkältet bin und sie hat mir heiße Zitrone und Kekse unaufgefordert gebracht. so lieb.
ALVINO (10/5): - La amabilidad de la anfitriona
Ewan (7/5): Pleasant but noisy and not very clean. - The lady at reception was very friendly, kind and helpful. We received lots of helpful information ahead of time on WhatsApp and clear instructions for check-in etc. The breakfast was nice and they accommodated our vegetarian diet. They even gave us some hot water in a flask for any tea/coffee overnight. The staff really went the extra mile. Sadly the accommodation wasn't nearly the same standard as the staff. We did get offered a better room if we cancelled our stay on booking.com and paid a higher fee but we had already agreed and budgeted on what booking.com had set. The room we got was unclean with stains and lots of hair on the carpet, it smelt slightly damp/possibly cat pee, it didn't look like the photos. The room faced the road and a busy work yard so it was noisy at all hours. Accessing the property was difficult as the locks on the doors had quirks to open them. It is located a little far from the main historic area of the town and it didn't feel walkable due to the chaotic traffic and lack of pavements. The stay was still pleasant and is good value for money but we have paid similar fees for much better accommodation on booking.com elsewhere in Peru.

Michael (9/5): - Mario an der Rezeption!! Er macht einfach alles und kümmert sich um jeden Gast voll und ganz. Sehr toll. Ob ein Tee am Abend oder Frühstück aufs Zimmer.. Im Bett hab ich super geschlafen. Die Lage ist siper. Busse fahren vor der Haustür zum Itts Bus Terminal oder nach Huanchaco. Und in 15 min. ist man zu Fuss am Plaza Mayor. Empfang spät abends - was wichtig ist da ja einige Reisebusse nachts ankommen. Nachts recht laut wegen der Strasse. Hatte aber Ohrenstöpsel dabei 😉 Wieder kein warmes Duschwasser 😐

Te de bienvenida El lugar tiene potencial pero las camas súper feas, algunas sin colchones con las tablas al aire, las sábanas feas y no se veían recién cambiadas.. no me produjo sensación de limpieza. No sé cómo puede tener esa valoración..
