- Sugiharto (1/5): Please be careful and waive my fee. - n/a Please be careful! I booked a room at Payitaht, but then they ask me to cancel. The room is unrefundable, so I ask them to waive my fee as my credit card is charged already. It has been 5 days and they didn’t respond to the waive request. Already contacted Booking.com team and no response also. I rarely give bad review, but I am truly disappointed with this hotel. Be careful.
- Dzmitry (1/5): Bad - We paid for our hotel stay in full a month before our arrival. We received confirmation and were looking forward to our trip with peace of mind. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were refused check-in, citing the fact that there were no available rooms. It was a weekend and there were many local tourists in the city. Finding a place to spend the night turned out to be impossible. As a result, we spent the night on a bench at the bus station. It is obvious that the hotel is engaged in overbooking and brazenly deceives people, caring only about their profit. If you want such troubles, then as the locals say, "welcome"!
