• Roxana (10/5): Highly recommended - Everything was perfect. The appartement is nice, located in a quiet area, 25 min walk distance from the Zadar city center. Kolovare Beach is at 40 min walking distance. Inside the apartment everything is clean and is not bad smelling. I appreciate the little gesture of the owner : cookies, cold water in the fridge and the air conditioner was on. I would recommend this place if you are in Zadar looking for an apartment, few days. You have a washing machine, and dryer to.. Much appreciated also if you are traveling with small baggage and kids.

• Darina (10/5): I couldn't wait to give this an absolutely excellent review - I have no words to describe how kind and responsive Nikolina is and how absolutely impeccably clean and cozy the apartment is. The apartment has absolutely EVERYTHING you need, from large electrical appliances to the smallest ones, such as an iron and a hair dryer. Nikolina has made sure that you have everything you need and your personal hygiene at hand. She had stocked the freezer with water, milk and fresh apricots, which was a life saver for us considering we checked in after 11pm. We had chocolate, tea and coffee left. The kitchen is fully equipped. Absolutely clean. Comfortable bed. A bassinet was provided for our 2 month old daughter for whom it was a first trip! The location is a 15 minute walk from the old town, there are 2 large supermarkets 5 minutes away from the apartment. There is a convenient parking space. I highly recommend the apartment and communication with Nikolina. If we come back to Zadar we will definitely visit again this apartment!
