• Vidya (9/5): Immaculate, spotless room just a 2 minute walk to the main street. - Extremely close to Otaru Main Street. Everything was spotless. The curtains have huge gaps, so when the sun rises at 4am, the whole room got extremely bright.

• Danna (10/5): Spacious rooms in a perfect location for exploring Otaru. - Perfect location to walk into Otaru town with the famous music box shop on the corner. We loved the tatami room and private bathroom. The space was large and the coffee in the kitchen was delicious. I highly recommend this place.

It's round the corner from the main shopping street in Otaru, with superb bakeries, cafes and eating options. The facilities were spotless and spacious, I really enjoyed the ensuite bath after a cold day outside. As is common in Otaru, you will have to clear snow in the morning to get out of the street (shovel provided) but nothing too bad.

• YUNA (7/5): 기대 이상의 숙소지만 안내가 미흡했던 집 - 욕실도 넓고 두명이서 이용하기에 정말 좋았어요 침구도 건조기에 돌린듯 깨끗하고 뽀송했어요. 환기 중요하게 생각하는데 창문도 문처럼 여러개 있고, 암막 커튼도 있어요. 에어컨도 있어 겨울에 따뜻한 바람도 나와요. 다다미방은 1층이라 창문에 길거리 바깥이 다 보여요. 체크인 도와주었던 직원이 있었는데 방문을 잠그는 법이나, 히터를 트는법을 알려주지 않아서 친구랑 둘이 애를 먹었습니다. 히터도 창문 닫고(매연들어옴) 밸브 내려야 하는줄 모르고 몇시간을 춥게 있었어요⁺⑅✶˚ 방문은 두 문이 겹쳐져야 잠기기 때문에, 키를 넣고 최대한 키를 꾹 눌러서 푹 들어갈때 오른쪽으로 돌려야 해요. 직원을 부르고 싶었지만 체크인이후로 찾을 수 없었어요..

• KAORI (9/5): トータルするとすごく良い宿で観光にはうってつけ。スタッフ皆様も優しく色々相談や要望も伝えやすかったです。おすすめです。 - 立地が最高です。時計台、オルゴール堂、ルタオ本店があるメルヘン交差点まで徒歩2分、そこから小樽運河まであちこちショップをみたり食べ歩きしながら、60代の私と50代後半の妹でも歩いて楽しむことができました。 部屋は広くリネン類も清潔です。ベッド二つ、小さなデスクと椅子がありますが、特に二人だった事もあり、他にあったら良いなと思ったもの。 部屋内にコンパクトなテーブルセットがあればティータイムが楽だなぁ。座るのがベッドしかないので、ソファがあれば。荷物入れケースが一つだったから二人の時は二つ欲しい。お風呂中に洗面器か手桶がほしい。 連泊中バスタオル、タオル交換は無いとのこと。今回スタッフに言ったら連泊分出してもらえましたが、普通に出して欲しい。
• Harvey (10/5): 離商店街進、能中文溝通、房東＆小幫手都很熱心 - 離小樽商店街超近，房子非常乾淨、房間真的超大，房內還附帶冰箱、浴缸能泡澡，一樓提供免費咖啡能自己泡，還有廚房能下廚。住宿小幫手人很好相處，且能中文溝通，這次剛好遇到房東來，房東人真的超好又熱心，非常推薦這間住宿，下次來小樽會再住這！整體感受非常舒適！

• LoveSpa (10/5): 小樽に来たらここに来たい。英国のお家に帰った気分。 - お風呂や洗面所が広々していて清潔。お部屋の大きさもスペースが充分あって快適。駐車場も目の前だし南小樽駅の近くで街中にも出やすい。お部屋は洋館を区切って使う形ですが、廊下も一つ一つの部屋の広さもあって、清浄な空間に保たれているせいか、ともかくよく眠れる。

• Ting Wen (8/5): 本旅館離特色商店街非常近，但離小樽的所有車站與運河都有一段距離 - 此次訂到的房間空間相當寬敞，廁所、冰箱與淋浴泡澡間甚至與臥房可以分開，而房間面對的景致也蠻漂亮的。此外，這間旅館離小樽的商店街很近，只需要走路3分鐘即可抵達音樂盒堂、銀之鐘咖啡及其他特產商店。管家人非常好，除了提供旅客寄放行李之外還協助搬運行李箱上下樓，非常感謝管家~ 雖然旅館離商店街非常近，但卻同時離南小樽及小樽車站有相當的距離，使得旅客獨自拖行行李箱的移動時間有點太久，可能會在抵達前耗費不少體力。此外，房間牆壁與地板的隔音效果沒有很好，就算不是我們房間的腳步聲太大，其他房客也會造成所有旅客的噪音干擾，因此不建議無法控制音量的旅客入住。

• HANAKO (10/5): もう一泊したい！と思えるホテル - 南小樽の駅から徒歩5分以内で着きますし、新日本海フェリーの港からも徒歩で来られる距離にあります。 早朝に着いたのに、快くキャリーケースを預かってくださり、とても助かりました。 部屋もトイレも綺麗で、広くて、とても快適でした。 特に驚いたのは、全身の水分を一瞬で吸い取りそうな、キングサイズでぶ厚く、ふかふかなバスタオル＆フェイスタオル！ この宿泊費でこのクオリティのタオルは見たことがなく、感動しました。 また、ソフトチェックイン＆チェックアウトなこと、こまめにメッセージをいただけることで、ストレスなくスムーズに利用するとこができました。 短時間の宿泊だったのですが、もっとゆっくり宿泊したい！と思えるホテルでした。 ドライヤーがほぼ温風が出なかったのですが、使用した時間が深夜でしたので、特に声はかけませんでした。（なんとかなりました） 部屋に無いものとして、テレビ、冷蔵庫、パジャマ（浴衣？）がありますが、私はパジャマ持参でしたので、特に問題はありませんでした。これから泊まられるかたはパジャマ持参で来られると良いと思います。

We did not have interaction with the staff but the check in and check out procedure was very clear. Right next to the city center with free parking. The room was quite cold (the heater was really effective after turning it on but made the room pretty dry)

• May Nah (10/5): We had a wonderful evening at this property. I highly recommend it - Location is wonderful. Not far from the canal and activities but yet quiet as secluded. The rooms are clean and I love especially the large soft towels. Best thing is that we have a fridge in each room which is wonderful as we bought chocolates!! It felt like home especially with the common living room area! A must stay. We stayed on the second floor. I wish there was a lift! It would have been perfect

• 신 (9/5): - 트윈배드룸이였는데 방도 넓고 화장실도 샤워칸, 좌변기칸, 세면대 다 따로있어서 편했어요! 샤워칸도 일본 치고는 넓은편이여서 불편함 하나 없었어요! 엄청 큰 바디타월 널수있는 건조대도 있고, 냉장고도 큰 편이였어요. 복도에서 다른 팀이 지나다니면 소리는 들렸지만 방과방 사이는 방음이 잘 되는거같았어요! 에어컨도 시원하고 청결했어요! 전용주차장에 4대정도 주차할수있고 건물 바로옆 노지가 있어서 무료주차 할 수 있었습니다ㅎㅎ 침대 매트리스가 허리부분이 조금 꺼져있어서 자는데 허리가 조금 아팠다는점,, 저희 이야기는 아닌데, 다른 팀 분들은 체크인 후 공동현관 열쇠에 대한 내용이 이메일로 온다는 걸 모르셔서 (저도 안내는 못받았고, 메일이 와서 확인한 것) 직원이 없던 저녁에 한참을 숙소에 못들어오셨다고 하더라구요. 저희가 외출 나갈때 마주쳐서 열어드렸습니다.. 공동현관 열쇠에 대한 내용이 이메일로 온다는 걸 전달만 했었어도 괜찮았을텐데요..

• tamami (9/5): ロケーションが良いです。 - 洋室をお願いしましたが、広く、綺麗でした。洗面、バス、トイレのスペースが広く作られています。 スリッパは、共用です。 常駐するスタッフはおられませんので、自分で、知らされたキーボックスのキーを使って玄関の鍵を開けて入るタイプの宿泊施設です。 その案内は中国語で、チェックインの時間より過ぎていました。 パジャマはありませんので、必要な方はご持参ください。 窓からの景色は期待されないほうが良さそうです。

• Okuda Susan (6/5): Gute Lage und Lärmresistenz seitens der Gäste - Die Lage des Hotels in der Nähe vom Bahnhof Minami Otaru ist praktisch. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Hotel ist sehr ringhörig. Gäste, die morgens um 05.00 Uhr auschecken, sollten etwas Rücksicht nehmen können. Dasselbe gilt für Leute, die nach fröhlicher Party spät nachts ins Hotel zurückkehren, herumbrüllen und an den Türen von anderen Gästen rütteln, weil sie den Schlüssel nicht mehr finden.
• jiayu (9/5): 純粹放鬆 - 空間非常大與寬敞，外觀非常有童話故事的感覺。房間望出去好像是天狗山。 沒有電視不太習慣，晚上喜歡有聲音或節目欣賞。如果有電視至少能用手機投影出來。
• YOKO (9/5): 最高 - とても清潔で、気持ち良く泊まることができました。 駐車場も近くて、荷物を運ぶのも運びやすかったです。 小樽のお土産屋さん通りに近くて、夜もすぐに戻れて、ロケーション的にも良かったです。 ２日泊まった時のゴミ捨てやタオル交換について聞いておけばよかったと思いました。

• Lai Chun (8/5): - we reserved 5 rooms and so we were the only group staying in the villa. the location is good, close to some popular tourists sites but we arrived here late at night. self check in procedure is simple. compared to many places, the room is big. each room has a private bathroom and toilet. there is a living room for all guests to share. beds are comfortable. it is suitable for friends to stay, enjoying some privacy while having a living room to gather together. most places are clean. if there are a few more hangers and maybe a bigger shelf or table or desk in the room, it might be better. host answered messages quickly and had been very helpful in giving us information about the place. overall, it's a good choice to stay here.

• Jay (10/5): Best place we’ve stayed in Japan! - This was one of the best places we have ever stayed in (not just in Japan, but anywhere)! It’s a beautiful house that was recently remodeled, so everything is new, clean, and works perfectly (including the hot water heater, which we’ve run into problems with at other places in Japan). The room was one of the most spacious and comfortable rooms we’ve stayed in in Japan, and the location was very convenient (it’s right around the corner from the main LeTAO shop… definitely make sure to go up to the top of their tower for a great view of Otaru). The prices were also very reasonable. While the facilities were outstanding in every way, the best part about this place was the host. She was so friendly and outgoing, and made us feel right at home. She also knew a lot about the area, and had great recommendations for places to see. She was fully bilingual in Japanese and Chinese, which was a huge bonus for my Chinese wife, as she usually doesn’t get to interact directly with locals when we are in Japan. For Chinese-speaking travelers, I think that might be a huge bonus. For anyone spending time in Hokkaido, I think it is well worth spending a few days in Otaru, and this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a lovely seaside city in the summer or winter! N/A

• SHIH CHIEH (6/5): - 價格合理，房間空間大；廚房設備可供簡單煮食。吃膩外面的餐廳，有廚房和廚具設備讓全家一起準備餐點的感覺很棒。 雖然沒有事先要求是我方的失誤，但沒有主動提供同層樓的房間真的很傻眼（其他三處住宿地點都主動安排在對面或隔壁），或許業者可考量這一點。此外，二間房間內部的設備差異算多，一樓的房間只有一張書桌和椅子，還塞在廁所門後，動線非常不便，位置也狹小。
• HYUN JUNG (10/5): 시설도 괜찮고 위치가 좋아요. - 렌트카로 여행예정이어서 주차가능한 숙소를 찾다가 이곳으로 예약을 했어요. 주차는 숙소앞 공간이 있어서 편하게 주차를 했습니다. 직원이 친절하고 좋았어요. 4인 가족 여행이라서 여행가방이 4개였는데 2층으로 다 올려주시고 영어로 소통도 가능했습니다. 203호에 숙박을 했는데 침대가 4개라서 1인 1침대를 사용할수 있어서 좋았어요. 공용 주방이 있어서 체크아웃 당일날 가지고간 즉석밥과 컵라면으로 간단하게 아침을 해결할수 있어서 좋았어요. 체크아웃하고 가방은 차에 넣어놓고 오타루를 좀더 구경을 했는데 숙소 위치가 오르골당까지 걸어서 3분이면 갈수있는 거리여서 너무 편하고 좋았어요. 오타루에 다시 온다면 이곳에서 다시 묵을것 같아요. 위치도 좋고 시설 사용도 편해서 별로 아쉬움은 못 느꼈어요.

• Naoya (10/5): お得 - 建物はかなり古そうだがリフォームされてて設備が綺麗 オーナーとスタッフの方がおそらく中国か台湾の方だと思いますが 日本的なおもてなしでとても気持ちよく過ごせた事 ルタオなどがある小樽堺町通まで歩いて3分の好立地　ホテルの無料駐車場スペースが向かいにあるので　小樽観光で車動かさなくても　小樽運河あたりまでなら　散歩で歩ける 無料フリーWi-Fiが地味に嬉しい 6月の多少暇な時期とはいえ 週末連泊なのにかなり安く　ホテル代が抑えられたのは凄く嬉しい 大きい一軒家の各部屋を扉と鍵で個室にしているので　どうしても他の部屋の音が多少聞こえる ドアの開け閉め階段の上り下りなど 宿泊客のモラル次第ではうるさいかも、、、 今回は幸い静かな方ばかりだったので　私は気持ちよく過ごせました 床のフローリングマットに隙間があり　歩くとパキパキ音が鳴り　トイレのドアの建て付けが悪く少しガコッと引っかかる　それでも綺麗なので十分だと私的には気にならないけど、、 リフォームが少し安っぽいかな、、、 一階は部屋に冷蔵庫が無く　扉出てすぐの共用キッチンスペースの冷蔵庫を使用しなければいけない事　無料のポーション仕様タイプのエスプレッソコーヒーマシーンがあり無料で使えるのは嬉しい 部屋にTVが無いのも少し残念

• Shigeru (10/5): 広くて綺麗な部屋です。 - 広くて清潔なベッドルームとホテルではあり得ない広さのバスルーム。ロケーションも運河から至近で観光にも便利です。駐車場も無料で使えます。 宿とは全く関係ないですが小樽の飲食店は夜8時過ぎるとほとんど閉まってしまいます。

• 星 (7/5): セキュリティに問題あり - 立地が観光地（ルタオや北一硝子）に近く 小樽運河にも歩いて10分くらいで最高だった。 部屋も広くて綺麗だった。 アパート形式のソフトチェックインのせいか、カギの場所が分かり辛く泊まっている何組かが困っていた。 私達がチェックインした時は先にチェックインした人達がいたらしいが、玄関が開けっ放しで、使い捨てのスリッパも脱ぎ散らかし放題だった。 部屋もドアが空いていて鍵がさしっぱなしで、セキュリティがむちゃくちゃで怖かった。 日本は安全だから何とかなったが、海外だとどうなっていた事か。 部屋で休んでいたら、夜戻ってきたカップルが玄関で鍵がわからなかったらしくチャイムを何度も鳴らすので、客である私達が開けてあげる始末。 無視してたら入れなかったのじゃないだろうか 今のままでは他人が部屋にも入りたい放題、合鍵も作りたい放題だし、電子ロック等のシステムに変えないとまずいと思う。

• chiba (9/5): あずましい(北海道弁) - 静かな住宅街だが、観光地や店も徒歩圏内。部屋もお風呂も広く、冷蔵庫も大きいので暮らせる感じ。 冷房もあるが、外気を入れたいので、どこか一つでも窓に網戸があったら嬉しいです。
