- Jane (5/5): Beautiful location and lovely sitting room to look at the sea view but some issues and a long way to - Location is fantastic and the views out to sea are superb. The living/dining room is spacious and comfortable. The owner was responsive and tried to be helpful when we called about the issue with the heating and got back to us quickly. Heating was not working on arrival mid afternoon. It was freezing in the flat and the bedrooms were like ice boxes. I sent photos of the thermostat to the owner as requested but we were unable to solve the issue that day. The plumber did come just before midday the following day and it turns out it was the old thermostat I had been trying to set and the new one had been switched off and locked away for some reason. So the problem was solved. Also main bedroom is very narrow so you have to climb over to get into the far side of the bed as you can't walk round the end of the bed. Not ideal. There are a lot of stairs up to the attic flat which was ok for us but not made clear on the information when booking. That combined with having to climb across the bed would have made it inaccessable for some people.
- Victoria (8/5): Stunning views and location. - Amazing location and views to die for. Well maintained. Definitely recommend. It didnt ruin a lovely stay but kitchen cutlery and crockery not properly washed by previous users. Bathroom soap dispenser was empty.
- Tina (8/5): It’s all about the view! - Amazing location and the most incredible view! Very spacious and comfortable lounge. Would have been helpful to have tea towels and washing up liquid in the kitchen and toilet flush needs some attention.

- Emma (9/5): Excellent location with an amazing view. - Apartment is opposite the beach and close to town. Comfortable beds and sofas. Enjoyed the view of Viking Bay and the sound of the sea. We would definitely stay again. There are about 50 stairs to get up to the apartment but it is worth every step.
- Lucy Brook (8/5): Excellent view of viking bay - A lovely relaxing clean home with fantastic views overlooking viking bay. The layout of the flat is great and with nice attention to detail of decor and furniture relating to beach & sea. Also nice having games, dvds, books, alexa speaker, and information booklets available. The owner cares about the homely environment. Hope to be back again. The mattresses in the second bedroom were quite hard, and one of us felt it was difficult to sleep on. Fob key access a bit fiddly and would have been helpful to have instructions to open windows as they were not opening easily with keys. Bathroom could do with an electrical extractor fan as humidity still builds up even with window open as fully can't be opened the window. The stairs are steep and narrow and can be tiring to walk up with luggage.
