- Cathy (8/5): Ideal location, spacious, newly refurbished - steep steps - Ideal location and nicely refurbished accommodation in the heart of Riomaggiore with sighting of the sea from the window. Tip: Riomaggiore is built on a hill rising from the harbour so just be aware of steep steps up to and inside the apartment. The photo with the phone box is out of date - there isn't one - and the better steps to Via S. Antonio with luggage are beyond the La Lampara restaurant then left and up by Mixva Pizza. Left at the top and the apart is a few metres on your right.

- Barbara (9/5): - Location was great once we found the best way to get there. There is a peekaboo view of the sea. The stairs are very steep.
- Brak mikrofali mimo takiej informacji w opisie obiektu.

- JJ (3/5): It was an absolute nightmare experience, over very simple issues. The host is a nasty and very rude person! - Its location is in close proximity of the train station and the port and Via Colombo where lots of restaurants and shops are. After I reported the following few issues to the host and asked it be rectified, all hell broke loose and she ranted and raved and blatantly lied to Booking.com about ehat really happened. She even insulted me and called me obese.
These were the issues:
1. Floors are dirty - photos of my feet is from walking from bed to bathroom and back. I saw it when I stepped on the floor mat in the bathroom.
2. Staircase to apartment is also dirty. She claimed it is outside her apartment. Yes, but is still inside and part of the stairs that leads into her apartment. How difficult is it to clean 13 more steps - it is the entrance that should look and feel nice and clean.
3. Freezer section is completely iced up and has not been cleaned in some time.
4. Fridge was also dirty - especially the shelves. I cleaned that, because we needed to put our food in fridge.
5. There was no microwave oven or washing machine as listed. She claimed a microwave oven is not essential in Italy!! She said she will bring it “some time”.
6. There was no broom or mop or bucket to clean.
We had booked for 4 nights and wanted the floors cleaned, because both of us (me and my daughter) suffer from allergies for dust.
I even offered to clean the floor of the apartment myself, but there is no equipment.
Eventually she told us to leave before 5pm the same day, which we did. By the grace of God, we found other accommodation in Riomaggiore within the time period, otherwise we would have been stranded.

- Aaron (8/5): Loved staying here! - Location. Renovated. Design. Owner was attentive and helpful. Kitchen. A/C. Drains needed cleaning. Shower door needs adjusting. Mattress wasn’t great but it was good. Window handle needs adjusting.
- Strydom (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pavan (10/5): Spacious and comfortable room with a gorgeous view - Absolutely loved the room.
Stylish, tasteful, clean, peaceful, spacious and cozy apartment, conveniently located.
Very comfortable bed and spacious clean bathroom.
Loved the decor. The big screen TV and fancy A/C were a bonus
Quiet with no street noise.
Beautiful view from the window overlooking the sea. They mention it clearly in the description, be mindful of the steep steps to get to the upper floor. Not an issue for me, but aware of it, if you are senior or have heavy luggage.
- Chris (9/5): Lovely room in the centre of town. Lots of steps but worth it!! - The room was very comfortable with nice kitchen facilities and a lovely bathroom and good shower. Being alone I valued the tv with Prime and Netflix It was quite difficult to find - even with the address! I recommend simple directions from the train station would be really helpful! Once there it was fine!
- Angela (1/5): Terrible - The size, that’s about it. Where do I begin… I have never given a negative review for a property before across over 30 bookings, but this property is unbelievable, I’m not sure where the other positive reviewers stayed, but our stay was a nightmare.
To access the apartment, there are 3 long flights of stairs, 2 of the flights are incredibly narrow and steep, WIFI didn’t work until day 2 of the trip, A/C takes about 30 mins to start working, the TOILET SEAT was broken and disassembled, the host’s response was “it’s not a big problem, just remove it” (see screenshots), even pinning the problem on us, saying that we are hard of understanding, the sheets were dusty and my 1.88m tall husband smacked his head whilst walking up the stairs, which appears to have about 1.7m clearance and the door handle would just detach into your hand each time of use.
But the host mentioned “for anything, I’m available”, up until you make a genuine request, they’ll also call you mean for politely calling them out on their rubbish behavior.
I would not stay here.
- Giovanna (10/5): Absolutely lovely! - Right in the centre and yet very peaceful, incredibly convenient. Kitchenette was great, we cooked some delicious pasta from the coop nearby. Lovely view of the sea, and air con was a bliss. The steps to the property are very steep but after a few days we got used to it, it meant we got a good work out so could eat more delicious food. Nothing, it was full of character, central and quiet.
- Yvette (9/5): Pleasant, short trip. - Location is good, beautiful view, spacious room and a/c worked well! Instructions on lock key boxes etc for entry was very well. Would appreciated more details on how to find the apartment and mention how many steep steps to get there.
- M. (9/5): Superb - Very modern and pretty room, nicely decorated and very clean. It is very central and has a short way to the sea and to the center of Riomaggiore. Overall, very satisfied with our stay, despite it being expensive but this is due to the summer and the demand of tourists. It would have been useful to know that we have to leave a tourist fee in cash on the table in the next morning. We received a message at 11pm, which didn't give us that much time to get the right amount in coins the next morning. check-out was at 10am, which is on the earlier side. We had to send a picture of our IDs via WhatsApp which is maybe not the ideal solution.
- Marhefka (10/5): Amazing stay and a great value. Wow. Would stay again. - The room was very large by any European room standard. You could see the water which was nice. Very updated. Great location. Nothing really. Some may say stairs, but you are going to Cinque Terre. What do you expect.
- Carmen (6/5): The stay was fine. The cities, people, and scenery made it all worth it… but unfortunately the stay itself left a lot to - The location was great! Very close to the train station. The bed was super super uncomfortable!! The pillows are flat and there is only one per side, the bed is somehow super hard but also super bouncy. You could feel every single spring. We woke up in such bad pain after the first night. The shower wasn’t the best as the drains didn’t work well so you are showering in standing water. Overall, it wasn’t very comfortable at all. Honestly would not stay here again based on that alone, unfortunately.
- Christian (10/5): We enjoyed the night in the tastefully decorated apartment - Very stylish and new
- Noah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Donna (9/5): Superb -
- Brendan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Claudette (8/5): Very good - It was very close the the train station and to the main road. It was clean and the room was big enough for 2 people. There was only 2 pillows to use for sleeping. The sofa bed wasn’t that comfortable. Could use a better mattress for the sofa.
- Petro (8/5): Cristina was very accommodating and helpful. She responded quickly and was very happy to help! - Great location, beautifully decorated clean and modern. The sofa bed was uncomfortable.
- Luberger (10/5): Heaven - Very easy to work with the Hostess Not a single thing
- Strasdas (4/5): Overpriced - New renovation Wifi not working, shower water not draining, very expensive, sleep sofa
- Emma (7/5): Good location, reasonably comfortable - Great location and had the basic amenities we needed. Lovely view of the sea and only a short walk from the station. Bathroom was lovely and spacious Unfortunately it was quite difficult to find and host did not give instructions for picking up the keys until arrival which caused some stress. We requested for two beds upon booking and only one was made up, when asked about this the host was unable to rectify the mistake. Some water in the fridge and extra bedding would have been appreciated
- Shelby (10/5): our stay was amazing and accommodating - communication was great and the apartment was in a great location - gorgeous & modern
- Laura (4/5): Overall a nice apartment, decorated to a high standard but the owner was very unpleasant. Riomaggior - Directions from the owner were out of date, wardrobe was so full up with towels and only had child hangers so we could not hang up any of our clothes and the TV did not work.
When I dared to mention it to the owner she sent me a photo of the bank "saying what is this ?" her photo was out of date, as the name of the bank has changed and it has been re-painted a different colour.
Comments such as "you came on vacation to criticize eveything" and "this is not new York" " followed.
Did not fix the tv but moved the towels.
