Chris H. Germany (4/5): Würde ich nicht wieder buchen, so viele Mängel habe ich noch nie erlebt. - Überall Duftautomaten, alle 20 Min geräuschvoller Sprühstoß, damit es nicht so riecht. Man hat sich bemüht die lange Mängelliste zur Kenntnis zu nehmen und wenigstens drei Punkte während unseres Aufenthaltes abgearbeitet. immerhin wurden zwei Leuchtmittel ersetzt, der defekte Toaster getauscht und einer der defekten Küchenschränke zusammengeschraubt. Die Lage und die Raumaufteilung waren sehr gut. Alles sehr großzügig dimensioniert. Auf den zweiten Blick war sehr viel defekt: Einige Rolläden lassen sich nicht öffnen, oder schliessen. Die Duscharmaturen waren gelockert, verkalkt und ohne Funktion, WC-Spülung stoppt nicht, das Wasser läuft durchgehend. Defekte lockere Wasserhähne, defekte Kaffeemaschiene, defekter Toaster, defekte leckende verrostete Töpfe, verrostetes Besteck, zum Teil defekte schmutzige Küchenschränke, der Kühlschrank lässt sich nur mit extremen Kraftaufwand öffnen. Deckenbeleuchtung im Wohnzimmer und Wandbeleuchtung im Essbereich ausgefallen. Die Terrasse war stark mit Vogelkot verdreckt, gesundheitlich bedenklich. Das Housekeeping ist mangelhaft, das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.
